I had a teacher in high school who would sing that song every time I came into class. When I answered a question-- "Jeremy's spoken in class today"

Lol awesome, see you have a great name. My name is rubbish, the only thing anyone use to say to me about my name was the cleverly rhyming nick name... "Dannii the fanny" which I'm sure you know over here doesn't have the same meaning as the American meaning.
 
I can't remember what the British version of the word means. I do remember, however, that a fanny pack in America should NOT be called a fanny pack in the UK. What does it mean again?
 
Lol oh yeah that's right! That's why it's so funny to say fanny pack in front of British people. Ah, the splendors of miscommunication.

Tis not miscommunication, it is American's using the wrong meaning of a word completely. I mean I can understand some differences in words, but seriously how did they manage to change the meaning of the word 'fanny'? Baffles me it does.
