Fuck diet's all people should be happy the way they are. I no thats really cleshe*sp* now a days im fat And I know i should lose weight but really who cares if you dont like yourself who really will?

What's this booty i keep hearing about? All i've seen are those very nice......uhhh....forearms. Yeah forearms that's it.

I have actually been losing weight, but thats mainly to tone up for my match in June, but my bum would never go, I have a big bum and I wouldn't have it any other way, it makes my sitting experience more fun.

Not yet, I haven't done anything worth watching yet, but I shall be soon, in early June I have a match and its with one of the bigger UK booker's, so hopefully if all goes well I should start doing some bigger and better shows against women who can actually wrestle!

Hell yea havin an ass is what its all about! Lol i got a big ass for a guy so i kinda know what you feel like for the setting eperence.

As long as your cool with yourself you have nothing to worry about. I'm sort of a fitness freak, I love going to the gym and reaching new goals constantly. People always comment on my physique either saying it impressive or that I'm wasting my life spending five to six days a week in the gym. Guess what, if I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't go. I don't care what anyone has to say.

That's the way to be! If you are happy with yourself, then that's all that matters, skinny, muscular, over weight... It really doesn't matter.

Im not a fitness freak but i do like to lift. I love to work on my legs I was doing power squats or whatever there called. Yor on your back pushing weight with your legs, and I could do the 12 reps eazly at around 450. I havent really been working on anything of late but i want to get back into lifting again. I want to be a pro wrestler for real but its allways been a dream of mine to do a strong man competition.

I need to get back in the gym. I used to be able to bench press about 330lbs (southern born country boy) but I messed up my back and i haven't been allowed to lift in almost 2 years.

If you want to be in a strongman competition, leg presses and squats are a must. Consistency is the most important factor when working out.

I have problems with lifting because of my back too, I'm technically disabled due to spinal problems, but they don't really effect my day to day stuff, and I suppose wrestling isn't the most ideal thing to do, but meh, you only live once.

Yupp i knew that much you can have loads of mustles in your arms but if you dont go anything below the waist your fucked.

I have nerve damage from a car wreck in my left arm and shoulder. My grip strentgh on the left is half of what it is on the right. You just have to make due, you can get through it. You may not be as good as you could be without it, but you can't change anything.

Thats one of my biggest pet peeves in the gym. There are teenage guys who work out here that can bench more than they can squat. Thats worthless, legs are far more important than arms and chest. If you want to be in a strongman competiton though, work on everything.

Thats sucks :(
Mine is nerve damage too caused by a muscle disorder, basically my muscles didn't form correctly when I was younger, and the muscles that hold my disks up in my spine aren't strong enough so they are allowing my disks to push together trapping nerves and such, its not nice, but you deal with what you have to.

I used to be one of those guys that only cared about bench. You're dead right, has to be a balance. I stated doing a lot more arms legs and squats.

Mine is mostly my fault. My girlfriend crashed the car driving like an idiot (no alcohol was involved) but I refused to go to the doctor, instead opting to go home and sleep. I put off a doctor visit until the weekend and there was already irreversible damage. I had my spine realigned but the nerves were already messed up.

I had the same issue with my back. I thought I'd broken something but i didn't go to the doctor for a few weeks. TUrns out I had a cyst that had gotten infected. Stupid male bravado I guess.

The only draw back is the unbalance between sides. If I bench press I'll drop the left side sometimes eventhough I could still lift more. I don't use it as an excuse to be lazy though.
