I fully expect Batista to turn heel soon, but not tonight. He still has the title match at JD. It'll be something related to what happened with HHH and getting fed up with Trips blaming him or something.
I also don't expect him to be too involved with Legacy other than maybe the occasional team up when he does turn heel.

It would be different if they had both Batista and MVP to win their matches or both Legacy memebers to win theirs instead of a "basic" tag match. Batista winning his match tonight is too predictable.
