Let's throw curveball on this one

Hi all, been sitting back and reading other peoples threads for a while, decided i start a topic of my own.

We all know that we will see John Cena vs Batista for the title for the third time in a row, and we all know that it is very likely Cena will win and Batista will leave the WWE from some kind of previous condition they'll put in before the match. NOW here is my idea, It will be a chance of pace, it will initiate something many people have been wanting to see for years.

Lets use this match to bring back the King of the Ring Tournament. How? you make ask, well its rather simple. Lets have Batisita win (clean if at all possible) over Cena and then the next night at Raw have some type of speech where he says he's proven he's the man in this industry and there is nothing left for him so he is retiring with the title, hence vacating the title. Vince then makes his return and comes out and says something along the lines of, a vacated title isn't something i should put in the hands of the guest host, so i will come out later tonight and tell the WWE Universe what the future of the title is. So at the end of the show he comes out and says he will not simply appoint a champion, nor will their be just one match to determine the champion. There will be 16 superstars competing in.....THE KING OF THE RING to crown a new WWE Champion.

So there is my plan, something new and not so predictable. And just throwing this out there, if this were to take place.... I think..THE MIZ should win it in the finals against John Cena setting up a feud between the two.

So there's the plan, let me know what you think of it and who you would chose to win the title and why. Thanks all

i like the idea on how to start up the KOR tournament again, but i dont think Miz should end up winning it. i think it should be one of the young guys, but not miz. at least not yet. he'll get his shot, but i think randomly putting the title on him wouldn't do any good. i think they should put it on somebody that's been being pushed a little bit lately like Dibiase or someone like that

First of all, it's more of a PPV thread. Secondly, it's another stupid fantasy booking that belongs in the Wrestling Spam Zone. Thirdly, it's in regards to a Raw championship match so it could also be placed in the Raw section.

This thread could (and should) have been put in three different places and didn't get to one of them. Plus, the concept is terrible.

Let's all train-wreck this thread in the spam section.

OR a better idea (not saying that's actually a very great idea) would be a loser leaves WWE match between the two and have a double count out THEN do the KOTR!

And this would actually be the perfect time for this, because wasn't the KOTR in June or July? Buuuuuut it makes too much sense to actually be used. Unless.....John Cena runs in the last match, says he just blew Vince to make it a triple threat, and he flys around the ring in a superman cape and hugs all the little kids in the arena the whole match and the ref STILL raises his arm in victory

I think this idea is awesome. Have the final four wrestlers compete in a match at Fatal Four Way. They should be Zac Ryder, Santino, Evan Bourne, and Carlito. Carlito gives the match credibility cause he has been in the "E" for so long, and the line up lends to the push of young talent so the main event doesn't get stale. I would put the title on Carlito and give him a mega push. With his mic skills and his unique look, he could ride the momentum until Royal Rumble. Because Creative has ADD, I would let him recap his impressive win bi-weekly. His first set of challengers should legitimately be the other guys in the match. This would add coherency to the story, freshen up the cluttered main event scene, and keep guys away from the title who have had their chance. Thoughts?
