How do you think this years WM buildup will be? Personally I thikn it will be one of the worst...

Undertaker is not scheduled to appear until WRestlemania, so the creative team is building off this feud with not a single interaction..

Then Lesnar is only scheduled for two Raws. Its bad enough that the fans hate Roman to death and aren't even giving him a chance to have a good match with Lesnar, in addition to that they're going to have a crappy buildup? THats even worse. Roman needs all the help he can to get over and this certainly doesn't help.. Then we have Sting only scheduled for two more appearances. The only thing looking promising is Rollins vs Orton.

They seem to be rushing it, but four more weeks doesn't seem long enough.

That should be fine. It really doesn't need a detailed story.

There are ways to promote them without directly being on TV. It's not easy but it can be done.

Any idea why Orton was doing the 'Working things out with Mom" Angle again on RAW after doing the exact same stuff 4 months ago? Shouldn't he have just come back in a rage and be dead set on finishing the Authority and getting to Seth more specifically?

I thought that was a big letdown on RAW. Pretty much half-arsed like most of Fast Lane was, actually.

Well he has to bow down to Stephanie. We all do you see.

If they wanted to kill any of Orton's return heat, they did a damn good job of it last night. I just hope there is an RKO with Stephanie's name on it somewhere...or the Orton hiatus could be wasted big time, because him going heel again will be the same boring shit again...

Researched this a bit myself, but figured you'd be someone with a better idea: What's the oldest combined age of two performers in a televised one-on-one match? For the sake of possible completion, let's separate "televised in America" from televised in the world. Cable/satellite PPV is included- iPPV, YouTube, DVD, etc. are not.

I thought TNA had done a singles Hogan/Flair match in 2009, but that match was on the Hulkamania tour, leading me to think the leading competitor would be Hogan (58) vs. Sting (52) at BFG2011. Somehow I'm willing to bet there's a few I'm overlooking. For the sake of argument (but making the mention), we'll ignore deliberate laughfests like Fabulous Moolah vs. Mae Young during the Attitude Era.

Moolah and Mae Young had a tag match against each other on Smackdown in 2000.

If you wnat just a singles match though, Brisco (54) vs. Patterson (59) at King of the Ring 2000 is probably the oldest.

Another one that people might not think of: Jerry Lawler (62) vs. Michael Cole (43) in 2012. Also Sting (52) vs. FLair (62) on Impact in 2011.

How about Vince (64) v Bret (52) at Wrestlemania?

I know it's a Lumberjack Match but...116.

Not the oldest, and was in Japan, but I'd be remiss if I didn't at least mention Lou Thesz (74) vs Masahiro Chono (27).

My friend isn't into Sting. Reckons he's old and past it and thinks Triple H will carry him.

He also thinks Undertaker is still in decent condition and can have a decent match with Bray Wyatt.

I know neither are in their prime but I'd bet Sting is in better condition than Undertaker

Probably. His size likely keeps him less injury prone.

Sticking with Japan, Gypsy Joe (77) vs Tajiri (40) in 2010 for SMASH.

117 beats 116.

I believe both Funk brothers has a tag match recently(ish) as well. I'm not sure of their opponents' ages but given that it was in Japan, I'd assume up there.

Did you notice the inconsistency in storyline of Stephanie trying to convince Trips to get rid of Orton during the run up to Survivor Series and now all of a sudden this Monday she's trying to convince everyone that having Orton on board would just be the most awesome thing ever?

Is it safe to say Randy Orton is to blame for the current state of the WWE by getting the one true uncrowned face of the company Mr. Kennedy fired?

I'd think Kennedy had a good bit to do with that as well. And my goodness, Kennedy as the face of the company is a chilling thought.
