John Cena's Top Ten Opponents

WWE.com is on fire with these lists. Unfortunately, this one isn't in any particular order, there's no article and it's just videos. Where's the fun in that?

Anyway, the list is (again, in no particular order):

• Edge
• CM Punk
• Batista
• Shawn Michaels
• The Rock
• John Bradshaw Layfield
• Kurt Angle
• Rob Van Dam
• Brock Lesnar
• Randy Orton

The only glaring omission is Triple H - but, at some point, we're just prodding and tearing at a list that some bloke put together in five minutes with a dartboard and a video library.

It's in my nature to nitpick though, so I'd say drop Van Dam and slot in Triple H. Objections?

HHH and Cena haven't really feuded with each other for a long time. There was that match at Mania 22 and the odd match just thrown around. Then again, you do have RVD here.

Should have put Jericho instead of RVD. They should give him a cookie for being Cena's bitch.

Is this opponents or feuds? If it is opponents then I don't think I would have CM Punk, RVD or Brock on there but not sure who to replace them with. HHH is a good start.

After the untapped chemistry of John Cena and CM Punk became tapped, to the admiration of all, Punk solidified himself as one of Cena's best opponents.

I can't believe they left his soon to be ex-wife's divorce lawyer off the list.

Where's the 50% (or so) of the audience who boo him? He seems to be winning that and it's been his longest feud too.

Chris Jericho and Umaga are my top two. WWE.com has gone to the dogs.

I'd like to put Carlito in the list but can't think of anyone he should replace.

HHH, Umaga, Jericho, and Wade Barrett are missing, but I'm not sure they should replace anyone. His feud with R-Truth was awful in the ring, but Truth was hilarious.

The craziest thing about this would have to be the exclusion of The Miz. They main evented WrestleMania together, and feuded off and on for a long time. I'm glad he's not on the list, but very surprised.

Surprised Big Show isn't on there.

Needs more Jesus.

I'm glad they had Edge at #1. Their feud didn't last years like say Rock/Austin, but it's one of the all time best ever IMO. Orton should be at the 2 spot tho
