WWE's Greatest Upsets

Not sure if this counts, but you can't say that you predicted the winner of this one:

Massive shock. I remember on SmackDown vs Raw 2006, King asks "Oh gosh, tell me more about your in-ring experience JR." To which JR says "Well, I've got a pinfall victory over Triple H to my credit, how 'bout you?" Classic.

5. RVD defeated Cena for the WWE Title - The WWE title wouldn't go to ECW, Cena will retain easily, is what I was thinking for the entire duration.

4. Randy Orton defeated Chris Benoit to win the US Title for Booker T - I didn't expect Orton to win the title; rather I thought a face turn was coming after Orton lost the match and Booker T turned on him.

3. Eddie Guerrero defeated Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title - Shocker, and those were the times I didn't know the results were scripted so marked out like hell!!

2. Ezekiel Jackson defeated Christian to win the ECW Title - Everyone must have assumed (I did) that Christian will defend the title one last time and then retire it. But WWE had to screw up the legacy more than they already had.

1. Edge defeated Alberto Del Rio at WrestleMania 26 - Okay you can't call this an upset in the true sense of the word. But the Royal Rumble winner ALWAYS used to win the title. So when they made Edge lose at WM 25, I thought it was one off and Del Rio would win for sure. How wrong I was, and this de-push made him lose all his momentum which he has not been able to regain till now.

hulk hogan beating andre the giant was an upset for me i thought andre was going to win for sure but the hulk pulled it out in the end

also ultimate warrior beating hogan was an upset too, even though it was so evenly matched i thought hulk would walk outta there world champ for sure

One of the biggest upsets for me has to be when Angle beat HHH,The rock,Rikishi,Undertaker, and Stone cold in the 6 man hell in a cell I remember watching as a kid going there is no way in hell that Angle retains and then out of no where angle puts his arm over the rock and its over.

That is one of the most shocking upsets in my view.

I have a few, some mentioned, some not. First: Jericho beating Austin and the Rock; Second: Iron Sheik defeating then many years champ Bob Backlund; Third: Mankind defeating the Rock for the belt; and Forth: Undertaker defeating champ Hogan for the belt when Hogan was running strong as champ. Some of these on paper look like "not really upsets" but the storylines leading up to them suggested "no way" it was going to happen.
