That's all these matches were ever going to be with these two. I don't know why everybody thinks (not you) every match has to be a 13-15 minute technical clinic. Nobody bitched and moaned when Tyson would knock people out after less than 5 minutes. If they want wrestling to still have some element of realism to it, some matches will go 20 minutes... others will go 2 minutes. They can live with it. They'll still wake up tomorrow and live another day.

Yep that's what it needed to be. I thought they might try and stretch it out into a real match, thankfully they cut everything unnecessary.
