Is Randy Orton Becoming Unreliable?

I'm sure i read on WZ and other sites last year the run up to Summerslam he was going to take time off and then come back turning heel, never happened. Orton has had his problems in the past but he's still getting those face wins, if officials have a disliking for him then they aren't showing it well.

I'd like a heel Orton though as his character really needs freshened up.

You can always rely on him for a favorable reaction. He's still hot with the fans, no thanks to anything WWE does.

Turning him heel means they have no interest in him. Same as Ryback, CM Punk, etc. None of those guys needed to turn heel, but there's only one top spot, and that's not being vacated at any point in the near future.
