sure it will get better once they bring in more wrestlers and get things going

they have a 1 hour slot each week and a limited roster you cant expect too much
Co-sign this.

i think that heyman needs more control, ecw should be in smaller more hardcore-like buildings, and i think the entire cruiserweight division.

i have very little hope at all for the new ECW, but very little hope is better than no hope at all...

The new ECW is garbage it's nothing like what ECW used to be its just another brand of WWE. Its a real kick to the fans when someone in an ECW show gets disqualified....

i think the new ecw has a better show than tna yes it's going to get better it's doing good on sci-fi and they will give it a chance to shine maybe a two hour show i will say i don't like how they push extreme rulez matches in our faces everything was legal in old ecw and should be the same in ecw because an extreme rulez match is still just like a hardcore match if they was going to water down ecw they should have called it wcw i still think the show/brand will last

I don't know about the whole ECW thing of what to think of it. Sure, they can bring up younger talent there and it is just another WWE brand. But still, somethings need to be changed.

--Every match SHOULD be "extreme rules", just because that's how the old ECW was and thats how the show was sold. Now I understand why this is not happening, because of medical reasons, and to progress storylines. But they don't HAVE to use a weapon every match. Just a thought.

--Paul Heyman needs 100% control, or at least 75%. The show would be better.

--The show is starting to get stale in my opinion, but they need to add on another hour, so then then can have more matches, more people, progress more storylines, and have more titles.

--They need to quit having Raw and Smackdown superstars appear on the show as well. To me that shows no faith in the talent at WWE, or WWE is just trying to boost raitings.

--Watching it on the SCI-Fi channel is just weird. I mean, really weird. They should have tried to get a deal with USA or something, maybe they did.

--The show also needs to be in the Hammerstein Ballroom every week, or something similar to that arena, and in the Northeast part of the United States.

a lot of people thought it would be dead by now

It's still here and i now beleve it will be around for a while

There is still talent in ECW - RVD / CM Punk and older guys like Sabu and Dreamer but they need to develop more - they need a good cruiserweight division I reckon if they are going to succeed - after all that was a good reason why "old ECW" was ace....Supercrazy vrs tajiri vrs Guido - etc.... They need to beef up the heavywweight division - get rid of hardcore Holly and TEST....it doesn't even have to be extreme rules all the time but i'd like to see good LONGER matchs - 20 -30 minutes like the older brand....These 5 minutes SMACKDOWN matches are pathetic....Also they needto develop interesting rivalries I.E - CM punk against RVD which would be a showcase of wrestling talent..... I have little faith in the "NEW ECW" as it is purely storytelling and I think Vince is using it as a feeder brand (or somewhere to put the older guys he likes but doesnt have a use for)....ECW was all about challenging the wrestling world whether HARDCORE or LUCHA or MAT wrestling or SOUTHERN STYLE - now theres no challenging whatsoever - just a couple of decent wrestlers getting 5 mins a pop to enhance some storylines......

ecw will work. you have to give it time. i know wrestling fans arent very patient for the most part..but give it a year. wwe is sending raw/smackdown stars to help draw ratings. once they get a steady stream of fans and they feel comfortable to let it go on its own its gonna be great.
