Impact Support Club House

Good. He's not very good anyway. :)

I used to be a mark for him when he was Black Machismo just because that was such an entertaining gimmick but yeah he's never "wowed" me in the ring despite being in some classic matches.

Two random thoughts from watching a bunch of 2005 Impacts and PPVs:

1) I understand that WWE had someone employed named Mike Shane and trademarked the name so that's why Michael Shane had to finally change his name to Matt Bentley....but they flip flopped on it like 4 times. He literally has a different name on every show for a month or two, I'd imagine that had to be confusing to fans.

2) The Naturals are a fucking amazing tag team and so far my favorite thing I've rediscovered about old TNA. Great heels and then even became good faces though that was because Candido was managing them when he passed away.

3) Scott D'Amore is also such a natural heel manager, one of the best the last decade. Though I found it pretty amusing when he compared himself to Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin....and then Don West completely agreed those were accurate comparisons. A biiiiiit over the top on that one.

4) Christopher Daniels was on a whole other level in 04-05.

That's all.

Eric the Midget follows that account and he's of course been dead for over a year now, so that account has been around for a while now and is that of a wrestler who is known and most likely has wrestled for TNA before.

That brings me back to Taryn Terrell being "reborn" with a new gimmick. We heard rumors she wanted to get away from the sex appeal after she found God, and she ended things with the Dollhouse anyway.

Not to mention her other account is now set to private?

Yeah, he was always funny. Black Machismo used to crack me up. His "I didn't know Kamala was comin'!" line from the Thanksgiving episode years ago when Kong walked into Angle's dinner room... oh my god. I lost it.

That's four thoughts. All true.

I'm curious as to what names they managed to wrangle for this deal. My fingers are crosses for Mr. 450 and maybe even King Cuerno.

And losing them to TNA would certainly free up more ROH TV time for people I care about (mostly just Dalton Castle and Adam Cole).

I'm all for this.

No, it's because they only had enough recorded footage to run through like 3/4 of the year. The rest of it was shit they had recorded from months before, so even if they wanted Galloway in that spot, they didn't have the fall-back footage to do it.

You've been banging that Mr. 450 drum for a while now, KJ. Your arms have got to be tired by now... ;)
How's the Crimson drum going? :)

Dude, either ECIII and Galloway are the focus once shit gets back up, or I'm gonna flip out. Send Hardy to go eat greasy shit in San Juan like he seems to do every time he's off or something.

I broke holes in it. Needs new skins and it'll sound great again!

But my Bram kit owns. I don't need a Crimson one anymore.

Also, I think Galloway, EC3, Bennett and maybe a handful of others will be built around big-time. Galloway is, right now, today, the clear face for them to build around. He's almost certainly challenging EC3, who is almost certainly winning his title back on 1/5.

Isn't it smaller for better safety concerns for the wrestlers?

I think Lashley needs the title back. Have him destroy the whole roster. If they can make him heel it would be better to have a face EC3 beat him while still being undefeated. As for Galloway....i am not a fan so keep him in the useless King of the Mountain title range.

What happened to that Indian* guy? "Baheer, Shera"?

*as in country of origin**

**no racism here in the club house, obviously

I don't like Galloway much either, but he's over as fuck and has a large fan base. He's the guy to build around. Not Lashley. Much as I like Lashley's say nothing, destroy, repeat character.
