Moreover, Japan could actually use the win right now... who really gives a fuck here whether or not America wins a women's soccer game? Seriously, if the NFL lockout ends next week, there will be more celebration over that than USA winning the World Cup, even if it were the Men playing.

I support USA Soccer during World Cups. Have since before the 1999 women's team.

I don't really care about watching soccer any other time, but I have always tried to catch World Cup.


But, if the USA doesn't win, I won't be too upset. Obviously, Japan is going through some serious stuff right now, so I'm good with either team winning.
