And it is really growing on me, thankfully.

I am going to buy the album when it is released but I couldn't help myself from downloading it. At first, I was so underwhelmed. Now though, I am beginning to really like it. I find if you completely disregard Favourite Worst Nightmare and just listen to it, it is much better.

Completely disregard Favourite Worst Nightmare? I sorta know what you mean, though I do like artists to grow as they make new music, sometimes when the new album makes quite a drastic change it takes a bit to get used to it.

Looking forward to getting Humbug when it does finally come out- be interesting to see how much of Holmes influence have rubbed off on them. Is the sound like Crying Lightning or their previous stuff?

It's good but if you are expecting stuff like off of FWN, be prepared to be disappointed.
