The reactions the other times have been rather underwhelming too. Smarks love Sting in WWE. Casuals kinda like Sting in WWE because Triple H doesn't like him.
Can't use everything in one go.
It was an effective segment and still left an important aspect out.

Yeah, that was exactly what I expected it to be. I had a feeling that Sting wouldn't say a word. I just hope that he cuts a promo tomorrow night. It's been said before but that really is one of his greatest strengths. I really hope that this feud is built correctly because that match could be the one to steal the show at Mania.
Overall, this PPV has been okay thus far. Looking forward to hopefully seeing Wyatt and Sheamus tonight. That would be pretty good.

It is refreshing to not hear a windbag ramble on for twenty minutes. His actions and body language speak volumes. Plus they will hype up a "Sting Speaks" RAW in the next few weeks.
This crowd hasn't been reacting to absolutely anything all night, so I wouldn't use that as much of an indicator. Plus, I thought he did receive a pretty decent pop (as much as this silent crowd is going to provide). Sting hasn't been relevant in a long time, this much is true. But his legacy precedes him, and that always has relevance.
My 15 year old son rarely watches today's WWE. He never watches TNA (I mean really, who does?). He wasn't around for the Monday Night Wars, WCW, etc., And I can damn well assure you, he knows very much who Sting is.
The Rolling Stones are not a relevant band in the year 2015 and beyond. I'm sure no one knows who they are either, right?
