This. No one would go into the Hall of Fame, because there wouldn't be one, not that there really is now, for them to go into. The WWE would cease to exist and the wrestlers would hopefully go on to other companies and make their names known there.

Some like Kane, Henry and other's that have had long careers would just go and live out their lives in peace and happiness, and other like Reigns, Ambrose could and would find somewhere else to ply their trade. I could see Cena making movies, and maybe some of the others would follow him.

But yea no WWE no Hall of Fame.

Having a title match at Wrestlemania in recent times has not been as big a deal as it was back in the day, just like winning the world title. Thus, having a title match at Wrestlemania, shouldn't be a criteria for earning a place in the WWE Hall Of Fame. It's about what you contributed for the company, for the business, for the events that you werea part of, what you accomplished as a wrestler, what people think of you, your career, your influence. People think Miz is a joke, his Wrestlemania moment served the sole purpose of setting up Rock vs Cena "once in a lifetime." Alberto has been given championships, but people never bought him as champion material. Sheamus- transitional champion, never been a part of anything memorable or something that had a strong impact, other than that 18 seconds catastrophe. Rollins and Reigns have had 3-year long careers in the WWE main roster, and are still in the process of becoming greats.

Charles Robinson has been a referee for the WWE for almost 15 years, and has had this career for over 20 years. He has refereed thousands of matches for the WWE over the years and has been a part of many more Wrestlemanias than the above names. Some of his memorable matches include the last WCW match between Sting and Ric Flair, The Rock vs Booker-T at Summerslam 2002 for the WCW Championship, WHC matches at WM 22, 23, 24, Ric Flair's final match, Shawn Michaels' final match, as well as those of Eddie Guerrero and Edge, Sting's first WWE match, and The Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar at Summerslam last year.

What in the world is their argument?

Sorry, are you suggesting that Daniel Bryan isn't hall of fame worthy? If so, then you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

The guy has won pretty much everything there is to win in WWE, is arguably the most popular wrestler of the last 10 years and that popularity led WWE to change the event of their biggest show of the year to accommodate him, because they were fearful of the fan backlash. He's THAT popular.

He's been awesome in WWE as both a face and a heel, shown his comedic side in the tag team with Kane, and is well known to be one of the best technical wrestlers in the world.

So..yeah, he's going into the hall of fame.

Only locks right now for me are Taker, Orton, Cena, HHH, Kane, Big Show, Brock Lesnar, Jericho, and The Dudleys.

Sheamus and Del Rio are on that edge but I just don't think either has done enough to warrant an induction. It should take more than 4 years, some kayfabe accomplishments, and a few average title reigns to get into the Hall. It doesn't... but it should. Sheamus would probably go in a long time from now, if he went in at all. I don't know if Del Rio will get there honestly.

Mark Henry and Goldust as well will likely go in, for their 20+ years in the company if nothing else. Guys like Kofi, Miz, and Ziggler are long-shots but not impossible.

I wouldn't have a problem with Bryan going in, but it would essentially be strictly for that Mania run. Ah hell, he did something that nobody had been able to do in a really long time, he deserves to go in too in my opinion.

The Celebrity wing is missing Bob Uecker. If anyone remembers the announcer during Hogan/Andre at WM3 and he's the guy Andre The Giant was infamously choking in a segment backstage. I think he commentated at another Wrestlemania later on as well. Plus if anyone has seen Major League I & II then they'll know how awesome he is and being linked to the Milwaukee Brewers radio broadcasts. If Pete Rose can be in there, then he definitely can.

Well there is the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum in [formally New York] Texas. But they aren't affiliated with any promotion, and aren't selective like WWE has been. WWE's Hall of Fame exists to earn the WWE a little bit of extra money each year. If the WWE were to close its doors tomorrow there would at least still be a place for men like Austin, Rock, Undertaker, Michaels and other big names prior to 2001 to be enshrined and be remembered.

As of 2001-2016 I'd say Triple H, John Cena, Edge, Randy Orton, Batista, CM Punk, and Brock Lesnar would all make it in.

Did Tito Santana do any of this? No. So why does he deserve it more than Bryan?

Psycho Sid was a WWE champ and Lawrence Taylor main evented a WM, what's your point? Tito was a good worker in his era comparable to a Kofi Kingston. Muraco/Santana told a story and was a feud better than any feud those guys you listed been in during their WWE stints. The IC title meant something then, far more than it does now. To me winning the WWE title in this era doesn't hold the weight it did 30 years ago, or even 15 years ago for that matter. 12 and 15 time world champs in a 10 year span?

If WWE was hesitant to push DBry a couple years ago, I don't even think Daniel Bryan would've achieved that success in that era Tito was in. That world title was mainly carried by Bob Backlund and Hulk Hogan in the 80s. Who could argue with putting that title on anybody else but Hogan during that time? Bryan can't even remain healthy enough for me to say he's a shoe in the HOF, his title reigns might've captured a great moment in history but nothing was memorable about his success after winning it.

If you go back and watch the first 9 or 10 WM's one person you'll see apart from Hogan is Santana - to say DBry deserves to he in over him and to undermine his success is laughable. Just like the argument you're using about him never winning a world title to defend why he shouldn't be there. I think Bryan is a good worker but to want to argue over a guy who was consistently working matches in a WWE ring for over a decade of service as a solid mid card athlete vs a guy who has been largely absent two years. If you believe DBry should be in, fine. But I physically watched Santana during those times and know his value. Don't try to undermine his succes because he wasn't a 2 month world champ or didn't main event a WM.
