Well, their match at Wrestlemania was very good. It just wasn't given enough time to develop into a true classic. 13 minutes isn't a lot of time. But anyway, this match here should be awesome. I might actually consider watching Backlash tomorrow (Australia time). I'm a huge fan of both of these guys, and I always have been. Jeff is hated because he does too many spots, but once you look past that, the guy is one of the most entertaining superstars in the entire company, and not only because he is prepared to lay his body on the line in the most extreme ways.
Matt Hardy on the other hand, is probably the most underrated superstar of the current WWE roster. I've always been a huge fan of this guy, and he gets a decent match out of almost anyone. I sometimes see a little bit of Chris Benoit in this guy. The match should be insane and it should be a definitive end to this long feud, that realistically started in November last year at Survivor Series. The match result is once again unpredictable. People think Jeff Hardy will win this as it makes sense for the babyface to get the final victory in a feud with his own brother.
I think outside the box though. Jeff Hardy is basically already a credible main eventer, and a former WWE Champion. Matt Hardy is a solid upper mid-carder, who is going to get a big push on Raw this year. Outside of Randy Orton and the Big Show, Matt is the next top heel on Raw. This guy is bound to get a main event push, this year. So why not assist him by having him win this match, and this feud in general? Plus if the rumors are true, Jeff Hardy may leave the WWE this year. So, I think it makes much more sense to give the victory to the more loyal Hardy, and the Hardy that is definately set for a big push this year, on the flagship show.
