Hypothetically Speaking Of Course...

Idk if I'd say that. It's picked up a ton so that's really starting to lose its power. I'd put it on the holidays.

For a while, it wasn't, so everyone was sitting in the Spam Zone and the Bar Room waiting, and developed on-going convos and storylines, so they still post there.

I'll give the holidays some credit to it though. We'll have to wait until after the Rumble to really tell either way...

We don't go to the bar room looking for intellectual conversation, thus it being called THE BAR ROOM. We have some fun, talk some shit, and wait for new posts in the other forums...

Who said the talk needs to be intellectual? It just shouldn't be stupid.

And, as I was aware, the Bar Room used to be a place where users could insult each other. Yet no one does that. So why is the 'I love everybody' stuff more entertaining than people who tell each other 'fuck you'?

NorCal tells a good amount of people to Fuck Off in not so many words, and he's quite popular...

I've noticed the more popular thread topics don't have anything to do with "I love you" or "You suck"...

For crying out loud, the biggest thread last night was titled "Boulders"

Hardy winning the title is a big deal. A lot of newbs made themselve shows that day.

Now's the time to see how long they stay interested in posting, and how long they stay interested in Hardy's run.

If he retains at the Rumble, they'll stick around. No matter how interesting wrestling is, the boards should be great until 'Mania, because well, it's 'Mania...

A point was just made. This place was called the Bar Room back hen people could talk shit about each other, but now no one fights, and it's all e-lovey e-dovey.

We should change the name of the Bar Room to the YMCA or some shit like that.

And you have to be mean to them because.........

Because there aren't that many oppertunities in life to be like that. And most people don't chose to be.

If people are scared to speak up on a forum then what are they like at work or in another real life situation?

I could level some criticism at a poster and they'd sulk and be upset. If somebody did it to me it wouldn't even register. It's no big deal and it makes the place more intresting.

Doesn't this post make you, and everyone else, feel lucky for all those random people that don't care about the internet community, signed up, got banned for spamming, and never even bothered fighting it? Those are the REALLY cool people, maybe not on the internet, but I bet they get all kinds of tail in real life.

I prefered it when they came back and shouted at me, like they expected me to remember them.

I have to be mean in real life. I come here as an escape from reality. At the end of the day, this place isn't somewhere I want to argue with someone over something trivial on, when I might have to have a real argument the next day.

There's no harm in being honest with people though.

There's too much bullshit going on in my actual life to make sitrring up trouble online worth it. I'm *mostly* only on at work, and have far better things to do than state the obvious to some people...

I'll admit, I come here because of a slight lack of real life. But as some people have noticed, my presence has been alot smaller lately, as my real life is actually going somewheres, I think. What I was refering to earlier, is I hve a friend, the ver person that showed me the Wrestlezone site, long before it had a forum. We've since stopped hanging out regularly, but the last time I saw him was while I was Mod (for about two weeks) and I asked him if he ever went on the forums. He said he went on once because he wanted to drop his 2 cents on somthing, and was later banned for spamming. The guy had a real life, he couldn't care less about what was going on in the internet world.

He then made fun of my all mighty mod position. Thats why I quit.

Not.

I came for the wrestling, I stayed for the bar room.

The majority of the time i'm logged onto WZ, Is when i'm at work, So expect to see a lot of me these next couple of weeks. :D

When dealing with people I dislike, I try to be civil, Unless they provoke me.

I'm a pushover on the forums, because I'm sure if I truely spoke my mind on some subjets, I'd be banned in an instant, and I don't want that, because then I lose my escape from reality.

But in reality, I like to refer to myself as "Too Honest", which usally causes my roomates to get pissed at me. When I woke up 2 hours ago (BTW, it's only 6AM here) I could hear talkin coming from my roomates room, so I asked her via MSN is she was awake, she said yes. So like every other time she takes a guy home, I asked her if she was once again going to call into work sick so he can sleep longer. She got pissed.

Honesty can be a bad thing.
