Welcome to My (And Not Sly's) House
Idk if I'd say that. It's picked up a ton so that's really starting to lose its power. I'd put it on the holidays.

We don't go to the bar room looking for intellectual conversation, thus it being called THE BAR ROOM. We have some fun, talk some shit, and wait for new posts in the other forums...
So why is the 'I love everybody' stuff more entertaining than people who tell each other 'fuck you'?
Hardy winning the title is a big deal. A lot of newbs made themselve shows that day.
For the love of god, what is so great about being mean to each other?
Not to 'each other'. Being 'mean' to the people you actually don't like, is what I'm talking about.
And you have to be mean to them because.........
Because there aren't that many oppertunities in life to be like that. And most people don't chose to be.
If people are scared to speak up on a forum then what are they like at work or in another real life situation?
I could level some criticism at a poster and they'd sulk and be upset. If somebody did it to me it wouldn't even register. It's no big deal and it makes the place more intresting.
Doesn't this post make you, and everyone else, feel lucky for all those random people that don't care about the internet community, signed up, got banned for spamming, and never even bothered fighting it? Those are the REALLY cool people, maybe not on the internet, but I bet they get all kinds of tail in real life.
I have to be mean in real life. I come here as an escape from reality. At the end of the day, this place isn't somewhere I want to argue with someone over something trivial on, when I might have to have a real argument the next day.

There's no harm in being honest with people though.
Honesty I can undstand and can agree with to an extent. However, sometimes the honesty can just bring about more trouble than it's worth.
Which is why the human race is in the shape it's in today.
