Dedication and motivation. You have to remind yourself every day that you need to exercise. Start with 5 five minute work-out. For tips and ideas go take a look at youtube. Start practicing a daily routine and gradualy increase the time with each passing day. Train after each meal, and if you feel guilty after eating a snack do some push-ups. Believe in yourself and DONT GIVE UP. That is the biggest mistake most people do. They give up. Even if some stuff wont work or you think that your not getting any further continue. When you fall down 9 times, make sure you get 10 times up.
