How big of a douchebag should I be?

Should I be all douchebaggy and remind my friend of her comments?

  • Hell yea, serves her right!

  • Nah. You clearly won the argument, let it go.

When the whole New Orleans Saints bountygate thing broke out originally, one of my Facebook friends, who is a huge Saints fan, had the following to say to me:

"it's kind of interesting that a player on your team (Suh) has more fines for illegal hits than all the Saints defensive players put together from 2009 - 2011"

To which I responded with:

"And Suh paid his penalties and sat out his required suspension time...And you might be correct about the number of fines so far...but none of the players involved in the Saints bounty program have been disciplined yet. After that happens, and the fines/suspensions are all handed out, then lets talk about it..."

Well, now that the Saints players have been penalized, I am trying to decide how big of a dick I want to be about it. Should I rub her comments in her face, or should I just let it go, the argument is 2 months old, and she has gone through enough suffering, why risk the friendship?

If a friendship is risked over this inconsequential of a topic, that person was never really your friend.

If you lose a friendship over that, who cares.

Rub it in her fucking face. That's what every fucking Giants fan did to me once the Pats blew huge cock again in the Super Bowl. And what all of my friends do when I lose a round of Mario Kart. Let her have it.

If she has thrown the whole "Suh is dirty" thing in your face, the very least you can do is bring up Vilma's suspension. She'll appreciate it and you'd be the same type of friend that she is.

Console her in her time of need.

By claiming her a sex slave, showing her the wrath of your mighty cock, and making her an exceptional omelet in he morning.

You do know how to make an omelet, right?

As much as it sounds like she has been incredibly annoying in regard to sports, she is still a women and deserves to be treated with certainly more respect than a guy.

With that being said I think all you should do is tell she is a dirty ****e, dirtier than all the illegal shit Suh and the Saints have pulled off over the past three seasons and then slap her across the face with your cock.

But that's it, remember she is a lady.

Since when are letting women talk about sports?

Seriously, it's all like "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" all over again. You let a woman speak in public, she's gonna wanna talk about sports. You let her talk about sports, they'll wanna vote.

Pretty soon, they're gonna wanna eat at the table, rather than the floor. Keep your woman in check.

I got around to updating my status to the following...I took the middle ground. She will know who she is, without calling her out specifically.

Not going to call anyone out by name, but, remember a few months ago when you said that Ndamukong Suh had more fines/suspensions than any member of your team from 2009-2011? Yeah. I told you I was going to revisit that statement when this day arrived, and it has. Ndamukong Suh 2 games total, New Orleans Saints, 61 games total (includes coaches/GM suspensions).

Eh. She probably deserves it. Most people need to be taken down a peg with regard to their favorite teams every now and again, especially if they're a recent championship winner.

She is still in denial that the bounties happened at all. Downright delusional about how serious what the Saints did actually is. Constant links to T-shirts with messages that essentially threaten to kill Roger Goodell, blaming him for hating the Saints, etc...kinda pathetic, actually.

As in they don't exist? Ugly people should not be coddled, fucking throw it in her face if she comes at you again.

Yeah. And then when she finally admits that they MIGHT have happened, it wasn't serious, everyone else does it, it's not as bad as Spygate, blahblahblah. Nothing but excuses. She is fairly level headed in everything except LSU football and the New Orleans Saints. With those two subjects, any objectivity gets thrown completely out.

She sounds like a bitch. Be a douche back to her.

As long as she doesn't have a boyfriend who would beat you up, or whatever.

yeah, this woman sounds like a moron. Gregg Williams admitted to it happening already. It happened.

And it's exponentially worse then filming practices. Give her everything you can. Bitch deserves it.

I think the cock slap works. Then throw a football with a ***** drawn onto it at her face, just for added lulz.

Women should hold no opinion in man sports. But we listen because they have a vagina. But if they're ugly, then there should be no listening at all because it's pointless.

Go ahead... shit on her. You're the one who's going to look foolish. There's clear visual proof of the violations Suh and other Lions players committed, but the commish refuses to release a shred of evidence against the Saints, so all you have to believe in any of this is that ********er's word. And before you bring up Gregg Williams, it came to light that the commissioner wrote his "apology," and despite that ridiculous pregame speech against the 49ers, the Saints didn't commit one penalty that entire game or injure someone. And you can never prove "intent."

Also, I love Vilma, and I hope he wins his appeal, but he's been injury prone the past couple of years and the Saints did a fantastic job this offseason finding replacements for him just in case this happened. Two of the other guys suspended play for other teams, and Will Smith got four games, but I didn't hear a peep from him last season, so I don't believe that's not too big of a loss anyway.

Basically, my point is the Saints have nothing to worry about. At least we're still better than the Lions at the end of the day. Now, if we don't sign Drew, then that'll hurt. Big time. But there was no suspension the Fuhrer could have handed out after Payton's that could diminish the faith Saints fans have in this team.
