HHH/HBK/Undertaker Segment

I thought last nights promo was good and did help to salvage what I agree had been a semi-lackluster build up until that point. Its not that I don't necessarily want to see this match they just haven't exactly but the time into the build up. I realize that with Undertaker's injury and Triple H's absence a whole lot of physical confrontations weren't going to happen but all I could think about last night was this should have happened a month ago.

It gave the feud some life and gave us a reason it should happen. The only thing that to this point feud wise made sense was the HBK connection and last night other than the promo is the first time we really saw that. With Michaels actions and remarks we have finally gotten a little depth. Best part of the buildup by far is Michaels mouting don't do it, you can't win.

Either way I do actually think this is going to be a solid match. The No DQ will greatly limit both mens weaknesses at this point and while it won't match the last two matches it will be a great match.

I thought the Segment gave a real time feeling to this and they kinda "Crossed The Line (No pun intended). Taker is still rehabbing an injury but will compete as far as Helmsley he's fine as far as I know. The confrontation delivered wat it was supposed to do. I hope The Streak doesn't end and this feels like WCW w/ another man whose Streak was on the line in the same building at Mania this year. 2 men Taker and Goldberg both keep their Streaks alive I hope so. The only man of the young kids I would pick and it would be belivable would be Big Zeke. That would retake him back to where he should be in the main events not the mid-cards. Shawn should do commentary on this match w/ Booker and Josh as it would make perfect since. If Trips wins he'll become 2nd most hated man in wrestling history behind Jeff Hardy.

The segment was good. Atleast they talked to eachother! Before Shawn came out they were just staring at eachother agian, I was getting alittle nervous.

Anyway, once Michael's music hit, I was happy and scared. Scared for the fact that I do'nt want Shawn to come out of retirement, or play any part in the match.

To all the people that are saying he'll come out of retirement, I highly doubt it. Did'nt anyone notice, Shawn got a gut now, he's getting older, and he's got a family and he loves hunting. He's stated he loves and misses the fans, the in-ring stuff, not as much.

I can't see Shawn returning, even part-time. He's in the time in his life when he probably want's to relax and enjoy it.

The "what in the world makes you think you could do, what I could'nt," was great. Shawn has doubt, and now Triple H has doubt as well.

I think Shawn was just used to add the final nail in the coffin of the promo's. To build it up.

And what was with this respect aspect. "You know, I'm gonna beat you to a pulp, make you bleed, make you suffer, and take your soul, but I respect you, and you respect me." I respect you as well, even though I'm gonna beat you within and inch of you life, destroy you phsically, and end you undeafeated streak, I respect you."

Really?

I think Triple H brought up the pact between him and Shawn for a reason. WZ has reported that Shawn will be at ringside at WM.

"F4WOnline.com is reporting that Shawn Michaels is expected to appear at ringside during The Undertaker vs. Triple H match at Wrestlemania this Sunday night."

I think Shawn mouthed the words, "Don't do it, you can't win" for a reason. Especially after Triple H kept telling Shawn to "Tell Taker why I'll win." Nothing is unplanned here.

The reason for all this has become more blatant to me. Shawn WILL Super Kick Trips at the end of the match after mouthing the words "It's time" similiar to the "I'm sorry" that he gave Flair, and cost him the match. Afterward, they will have some sort of embrace, Trips will hug Shawn and respect him for doing what he did, and the next night on RAW, Triple H will officially retire.

Keep in mind that Triple H said that no matter what, he said him and Shawn would respect and be honest with each other when it was time. I think after Taker's words, Shawn realized that it wasn't Taker's time, it was Triple H's. Which is why Shawn ended up walking out on Triple H.

I just keep coming back to that. They wouldn't have brought up the pact, and Triple H wouldn't have told Taker it was "his time to retire", if that wasn't going to come into play. There was a reason that Sheamus was the person that Triple H annihilated at first. That was to put an end to all the people saying "Triple H can't come back and fight with Taker. It wouldn't make sense storyline wise. He would want revenge on Sheamus for putting him out of action."

Everything has been tied up along the way, and carefully planned. The words have been carefully planned, and so have the actions.

I believe that this match will be Triple H's last, and Shawn will tell him "It's time", by costing him the match.

I understand that they have to further this match build up between Triple H and Taker, but do you think that during the segment between the guys on Monday, that some of the words exchanged were a bit real? In the sense that Triple H may have been telling Taker that it was time?

I looked at the segment again and it just seemed that there were 3 guys in that ring, that new there time was running on empty. Everything has been tied up along the way, and carefully planned. The words have been carefully planned, and so have the actions. Although I do believe Undertaker will win, I think all the words were personal, and borderline storyline and real life. I do think Triple H and Michaels will have an exchange similiar to Flair and Michaels at Wrestlemania 24.

For me, I believe that this match will be Triple H's last, and Shawn will tell him "It's time", by super kicking him, and costing him the match. He made it a point to say, "if the guy couldn't accept his time was up, we'd end it for him." I think that's exactly what Shawn will do at Wrestlemania, after mouthing the words, "I'm sorry, it's time."

My questions:

Do you think any of the words exchanged in Monday's segment, a bit outside kayfabe?

Do you think this Wrestlemania will be Hunter's last match? Why or why not?

I like the thought of Michaels telling him "it's time" and that tie in makes a whole lot of sense.

On the other hand, none of this was outside kayfabe. Like him or not the Undertaker is still the most respected in the locker room and no way would Triple H call him out in the build up to one of the biggest matches at Wrestlemania.

What the hell did the has been kid have to do with anything? He is worthless and him being brought in for any reason is just him being a media ****e just go the fuck away and never come back, you are a piece of shit and nobody needs you, go hunting for christ sakes and just leave. HHH is the better entertainier and always has been i mean fuck JUST GO AWAY HAS BEEN KID, NEVER WAS KID OR JUST DIE KID.
