NSL, thanks for the acknowledgement in the thread you made. But I must say, sometimes I just feel unmotivated to post. But when I do post, I'm sure I make it count enough to get noticed. I believe Doc said it best when he called me underrated. Not to say I'm one of the best out there, but I'm definitely a good poster.

I don't know man. It is understandable, she had to help perform emergency surgery on an animal (she works at a vet clinic as a tech). It happens, but she has bailed on me quite a few times in the past when we have tried hanging out. Perhaps it is a sign to not pursue things. I just don't know. But I do need sleep. Soon though.

Like I said man, no worries. It was FTS, and I figured I would be going out this round. I'm amazed I got as far as I did.
It is quiet, but I am also leaving some work for around 5:30ish until I get off. But once 4:00 hits, probably all work.
Damn man, that sucks. I have my usual 8 1/2 hours, Wed, Thurs, Sat, and Sun every week. It works so that I don't have to work on Christmas Day or New Year's Day, but I have to work the Eves. As far as Christmas goes, it will suck because my mom's side always celebrates with the whole family on Christmas Eve, so I miss most of the family. And New Year's will most likely be another one where I am alone with no party. Story of my life.
I usually work all the holidays anyway, because it's double time, and I rarely have Zack for them anyway.
This is the first year I can actually celebrate New Year's Eve, so I made sure to volunteer for the others, so I get it off. Emily and I are going to a friend's house for a "pajama party" that will most likely end up with me hiding behind a pillow, and way too much alcohol being consumed.

Last year I got stuck with Christmas and New Year's Day, as the early person. Sucked ass. This year since I already work the Eve's my boss figured that was fine.
I'll be here overnight for Xmas...I'm thinking I won't be anywhere near a computer, so there won't be any posts made by me here.

Who doesn't love spending the night at grandma's? I didn't often, but it was always amazing. Cookies for breakfast, money, gifts...I could have lived without the cheek pinching though...
Lol. No money or gifts for me, no cookies for breakfast either. My grandma was bearable when my grandpa was still around, but once he passed, she has gotten worse. My aunts and uncle have to trade off weekends to take care of her, and she runs them all ragged, especially my mom and my oldest aunt. Oh, and she is overweight, which she uses as an excuse to sit in her wheelchair all day, instead of trying to lose the weight and do shit on her own. She loves the attention that she basically forces everyone to put on her.

They say that when people are together that long, and one passes, that the other usually gets worse quick, and/or passes shortly after...I'm not justifying anything, but it sounds like that's what happened...
Yeah. I don't think it is worse per se, (and I don't mean to call it a per se, but it could be with sack. Hi I'm Bob Sack-et) sorry, Bob Saget tangent. Anyway, I think my grandma has always been like that, but my grandpa wouldn't let her do it as much. So now it is more noticeable. Just all kinds of lazy and manipulative.
