Good songs to listen to while on Ecstasy?

Tried to google this but all that came up was hip-hop and stuff. I'm looking for some good songs to listen to while on ecstasy with a couple of buddies. Looking for some uplifting stuff as well as some sadder songs that pull at your emotionally heightened heart strings. Mostly want to stick to rock and roll related stuff when it comes to that. Wouldn't mind some crazy ass trance music as well.

Yo, It's not even a close call for me. Listen to ANY PHISH album while on "E". It's even better when you're at the concert, but it's cool if you're in a living room w/a good sound system too. Greatful Dead will work almost just as well. None of the fuckin' Thizz face shit though.

Like I said, check out PHISH....not so much piano as it is keyboards. Also, Great guitar riffs.

Just listen to some Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin if you want good rock. Phish is good too, but if you want some newer progressive rock I'd check out Lotus, and obviously the Grateful Dead if you want it old school.

I picked up on Shpongle maybe a year or so ago after reading some great reviews of their work describing their music as being like a psychedelic orchestra. Nothing Lasts....But Nothing is Lost blew my mind. Awesome group, especially for any psychedelic journeys you may be taking.

Most rock is strange to listen to while on E. You want to listen to more danceable, relaxed music, chill music. Try chillwave.

I started listening to them a little over a year ago as well, I was listening to a lot of OTT, who I highly recommend, and stumbled onto a select group of artists who are all signed under the Twisted Records label, Shpongle being one of the five or so artists (Hallucinogen, OTT, Younger Brother, Prometheus, and Shpongle) I'm pretty sure those are the only ones signed to Twisted Records, and I recommend all of them.

Nothing Lasts... But Nothing Changes... was easily my favorite out of the first three, though I've become quite attached to their most recent album Ineffable Mysteries from Shpongleland, though it's still hard to put it above NLNC.
