Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

So remember that white stuff that got on Triple H's torso that he wiped off during his entrance? I think it had something to do with this...

It would have been much cooler if it was cocaine. If I had to fight Lesnar, I would do a lot of cocaine & grab a weapon- especially if I had a nose like Hunter.

Now that I think about it, I am certain that most of the Ultimate Warrior's wins came from him being on cocaine. He runs to the ring all crazy & pumped, short bursts of power, more running around & then a splash- followed my more acting crazy. Damn, thats why his promos made no fn sense, huh?

I watched American Beauty tonight. I feel better about my life now, because even though I'm not doing a whole lot, I feel good about myself.

Thanks Kevin Spacey, and more importantly dude with the awesome eyebrows (not the dude from the OC, the teenager next door dude).

So that's the power of the Warrior.

I guess the stereotype of Japanese people being up to date on all things technology isn't always true.

My Japanese film professor just said that cyborgs and robots are basically the same thing. I almost lost my shit.

Same thing? Basically.

Her name is Jennifer Cullen.

I am friends a Korean girl called Jenni Smith, whats in a name in 2013 anyway? Besides, if she went to the lengths to pixelate her skin, she'd probably change her name as well.

It's obvious you're just trying to save face here because you forgot to put the comma in your first post and can't stand it.

I mean... she sounds pretty white, and as a college professor I'm not sure she'd be raking in enough money for skin pixilation surgery and legal fees for a name change. But maybe you're right.

And what comma?

How it was written.

How I initially read it and it obviously should've been written as because she is obviously Japanese.

Name changes in England can cost less than personalised number plates I think. Skin pixelation I am not sure and without going into potentially racist territory I am not sure of cheap alternatives. Not that it matters, the truth about your Japanese film professor has been uncovered.

Today was more Fifa 13, with Pedro Barbosa trying his damnedest to get Juventus into the Champions League final (successfully I may add), and Medieval II: Total War with my Teutonic Order attempting to stave off annihilation - far less successfully...

I did find out what the cover of my book is going to look like, although not before the book company had already decided on it and posted it on Amazon without my knowledge, which was strange.

After a shitty ice storm that left me (and about 24,000 other people) without power for 4 days, & my yard, & sidewalk littered in massive fallen tree limbs, & a giant glacier (courtesy of Mr. Snow Plow) preventing me from parking my car safely in my driveway, I am finally back!

Sounds busy. Oh well, it's a shame that the Teutonic Order had to fall. I would imagine that your Germany would be a bit nicer than the Kaiser's or Hitler's Germany.

Do you approve of the cover?

I saw you post something on Facebook about losing power, glad to see you've finally gotten it back. What have you been doing the past few days?

Not much, mostly go to work, then to my aunt & uncles where I stayed while my power was out. Other than that just trying to clean up as much of this mess as I can, tomorrow my Uncle & Cousin will be over with a chainsaw to cut up some of the big tree limbs so that they'll be easier to move, hopefully I can also get the rest of my damn driveway cleaned up so I don't have to park at the other end of the block.

I'm currently watching Hunger Games, this movie may rival Fifth Element in terms of bizarre fashion statements.

The semi-final in the Champions League was all kinds of epic. It has been a while since I have celebrated anything computer game related so much as I did in winning the shoot out.

As for the Teutonic Order... while they are German, they do not reside in Germany. The Baltic states are their "homeland." Unfortunately, I have been gradually pushed out of there by relentless Lithuanian, Polish and Russian attacks, leaving me with just my fort at Palanga, an island base on Gotland and a foothold in southern Sweden which I am giving up as it is attracting too many attacks from the Norwegians and Danes.

To make matters worse, my only ally, the Holy Roman Empire of the Germans, has fallen into complete chaos and no longer exists as a faction... although there is now a possibility for me to make some gains in Germany itself if I can extricate my last remaining field army from Sweden... Oh, and the Pope is starting to get annoyed with me for not spreading the faith - I have not had the money to train priests - and has threatened me with excommunication if my faction leader does not join a crusade to Granada. To make matters worse, he is currently besieged at Palanga and therefore unable to fulfil that order...

God, I could talk about that shit all day.

Do you approve of the cover?

I do actually. They used one of the pictures I had chosen for my plate section - this fresco (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/93/Piero_della_Francesca_021.jpg). I just found it strange that they never consulted me on the choosing and layout of the cover, especially after they had placed such an emphasis on my getting of high quality pictures for the book itself.

When I was a year removed from high school we had a crazy bad ice storm that knocked power out for roughly the same period of time for my house. Some areas of rural Kentucky went upwards of two and a half weeks without it.

So the concert I went to wasn't that bad. I learned the band's lead singer is Mormon, so I'm sure Crock know him. I did learn that Tom Savini directed and did the makeup on this video of theirs, which is kind of cool cause Tom Savini rocks.

Dude, I gotta play this game! But I also have to write a paper and make a video this weekend, so perhaps this isn't the time to start playing a video game of such epic proportions.

It certainly won't blend in with the other books now, will it? I suppose they picked the cover without your consultation since it has more to do with marketing and less to do with history.

Does it get any better than not that bad? I mean sure, Fat Mike didn't call you up on stage and invite you to smoke a joint with him and the lead singer of Anti-Flag, but at least it didn't suck.
