You mean before Chevy Chase quit & NBC fired the guy who was the head writer, executive producer, creator of the show? I swear that the clowns in charge of NBC have made it their mission in life to fuck up all good things that come from that network.

I've fucked my sleep cycle up pretty badly but I really don't care about fixing it. I went to bed about 3 hours ago and I'm up now and I feel pretty well rested, but I have a long day ahead of me and I was really counting on getting a full night's sleep. Looks like this is gonna be a battle.

I had to drag my ass out of bed an hour & a half early this morning so I could shovel the driveway & then go to the dentist, where I paid $472 to sit in a chair for 2 hrs. getting swollen gum tissue removed & my teeth scraped, now the entire right side of my face is numb, & I'm going to be spitting up blood for (at least) the next few hours. I'm told my next meal should be soft, & that I shouldn't eat anything "chippy" for the next 3-4 days. Oh yeah & I should expect my teeth & gums to be sensitive for the next few days as well. Lucky for me I get to go back in two weeks & do the other side, *sigh* yippy.

Hopefully work is really slow today as I really do not feel like doing much of anything today.

So tonight was the big dinner party that I had to cook for. I made beef and bacon meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese... and I crushed it. They were phenomenal and everyone at the party said so. Apparently I have some cooking chops in me. Who knew?

It was a pretty simple recipe... until you're making it for 20 people. I needed 4 pounds of beef, 30 strips of bacon, and about 25-30 mozzarella cheese balls.

Here's the recipe I used, except we couldn't find the onion soup mix. They still came out awesome.

I cant wait to try it out. Looks minimally invasive to use, kind of slick design & the voice command seems to work quite well.

The demo of uses & taking video\pics looks great. If you can make calls on it, I dont need a damn phone anymore.

Have to decide what movie to see. Die Hard looks good (it got the thumbs up from justinsayne), Snitch may be alright & I heard Warm Bodies is funny. Anyone seen the last 2?

Warm Bodies looks awful in the previews, I'd see Die Hard or Snitch.

Warm Bodies looks awful but I've heard it's actually pretty funny, it got a 78% on Rotten Tomatoes, & an 80% approval rating from audiences, so it could actually be better than it looks. As for Snitch... it's the type of movie I'd normally go so, but I've had my fill of the Rock lately, I'll just wait for it to hit DVD or VOD.

I might just go to Guitar Center & mess around for a while instead. Then come back and watch some hockey. Maybe the Stars can win a damn game today & stop this 2 game losing streak.

Depending on how bored I get, it might be a double feature day. The previews dont look great, but the concept is new & reviews are high.


BTW, either your team is better than mine, or my guys are just playing like crap this week. Congrats on a close matchup. I have scored great in goals all season & had quite good assist #'s but this week is a struggle.
