Yesterday was the 9th Anniversary of Mother 3 and the 9th anniversary of Okami. A good anniversary indeed. Mother 3 is one of my favorite games and Okami...is a very good game I still haven't finished.

 

[Lee]

I love Okami, I've never played mother 3.

 

[The Doctor]

You really should man, though play Earthbound first if you haven't. It's on Wii U Virtual Console and it's damn good. Mother 3 is a tearjerker and a really amazing one. Worth emulating since we still haven't gotten an English translation and the English fan-translation is amazing grumble grumble

I'd buy Okami for the Wii but I know it'd end up being one of the dozens of games I never end up playing.

I've played Mother (or Earth Bound Zero) and yet to finish Earthbound.

So I can play the Wii U on the gamepad in my bathroom. Game changer.

I play the Wii U in bed in the other room. It's pretty great.

My Wii U's in my bedroom. I'm actually not a big fan of doing anything at all complex while taking a shit so I suppose the gamepad's potential is lost on me.

I have a studio flat so my living room/Bedroom are but one. It's mainly useful for watchign netflix taking a shit.

I don't have it as I realised I haven't done all the tracks on 150cc yet. 2 to go.

I do like the new tracks though.

You do have to slow down on certain corners. You actually do. My God. Some of the new tracks are really beautiful.

Yeah, I like the Big Blue and Anical Crossing tracks. Wild Woods would be better if it didn't make the terrifying Shy Guys look like Ewoks.

Baby Park and Ribbon Road are fun. Can't wait to try Baby Park in 200cc.
