Gamers unite -HQ

It's amazing how you can remember video game levels.

I have probably only played Wind Waker twice all the way through but I could remember everything about the Forbidden Forest level. Not one wrong turn was made. Maybe it took me a lot of goes the first time so it stuck in my head?

Rebellion (makers of sniper elite 3) are suing Sins of a Solar Empire developer because of..... You guessed it.... The word rebellion. Seriously these frivolous lawsuits in gaming are starting to piss me off. Just cause you have "Rebellion" in the title doesn't mean you are infringing on a trademark sigh....

I just got my hands on a nice emulator for Gamecube games, as well as PS1 and what have you. Any game I should definitely play that still holds up to today's standards?

For Gamecube, if you like RPG's pick up Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. Unique battle system, story is interesting, overall a very fun RPG.

Metroid Prime series
Beyond Good and Evil
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Legend of Zelda Wind Waker

Just a few off the top of my head. I still have my Gamecube hooked up in my home office.

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes, Super Monkey Ball, Baten Kaitos, Resident Evil Remake, Resident Evil 4, Timesplitters 2, Rogue Squadron 2, Paper Mario, Wind Waker, Metroid Prime 1 and 2, Viewtiful Joe, Soul Calibur 2, Animal Crossing, Prince of Persia, Smash Bros. Melee, Pikmin annnnd Eternal Darkness.

That should keep you busy for a few days...

Started playing Crysis 2. Not very far in but it's fun. I'd say it's a really good unofficial Alien Vs Predator game

I got Tomodachi Life and it's addicting. My Miis are all having insane adventures.

Also, I picked up a great little game called They Bleed Pixels in the Steam sale and I've finally started playing it. WOW. It has that same heart-pounding, sweaty-palms action and violence that made Hotline Miami so good, but as a platformer. I've made it halfway through the first level (the game is HARD) and I already highly recommend it.

Anyone here playing the walking dead game? I've picked up both series on the PSN over time due to them being cheaper on a playstation sale than a steam sale for some reason and MAN do they live up to the praise.

I've played up to Season 2 Episode 3. Absolutely love it. I haven't had a chance to play the new one yet due to work, though.

Can you tell me what choices you make in episode 4 when you get around to it? I've just finished it and apparently everything I chose was the same as below 55% of the people who played it. The choices in this season are freaking hard to make now since the consequences are sometimes so different to what you'd think they'd be.

I am currently mired in Mario Kart 150 cc 'bullshit' also known as "how many times can you get hit in one race?" or "how close to the finish line can the Blue Shell get you?"

Dolphin Shoals has been giving me grief as you never seem to get away from those behind you while I cannot get above 2nd in the epic Mount Wario.

I managed to get one gold star in every grand prix, including the reverse ones, and three in most, but getting three in all is for sadomasochists.

Xbox Live has a Capcom sale. Resident Evil 4, Code Veronica the Devil May Cry collection are £5. They have some other games to but those are the only ones I checked out

Ryse: Son of Rome is now coming to PC

Jesus Christ it must not feel great to have a Xbone, firs Dead Rising 3 and now this? Say whatever you want about the quality of PS4's and Wii U's exclusives but at least that's what they are.

I hear ZombiU is excellent.

But it's still just sitting on my shelf.

One day, my sweet. One day.

It's been on my shelf for almost 2 years.

Same here. I have played about 15 mins of it. Didn't stop because it was poor or I didn't like it.

Mario U arrived to distract me.

Now that I am largely done with Wind Waker and MK8, I might give ZombiU a proper run.
