Gamers unite -HQ

I won't be playing it, but it makes sense for them to release it in North America.

I'm still not sure of the logical reason behind not releasing it earlier.

Because they thought it would flop in Europe and wanted to test the waters. That plus they were focussed on skyward sword.

Approaching the 30 hour mark with LoZ: SS and thought I was coming to the end of the story after
forging the Master Sword
but then Link has to find the
Triforce, which had been conspicuous by it's absence from the story up until that point

If I had one criticism of the game so far, it is with the pacing of the story itself. You go long periods without being told anything about the overall picture other than Link chasing after Zelda as her friend and vague mentions of the prophecies/machinations of the goddess.

I knw, I don't get paid until the 28th December. On shopto.net it's £27 for the wii version and GAME have it for £22.99 or £24.99 if it's the PS360 version.

Skyward Sword people.

Go speak to Pipit in the Knight Academy.

Now think of this:

They're both wearing yellow too.

Is there a term in gaming that is equal to "Jumping the shark" or "nuking the fridge"? If not we should create one!

I can't wait to get to the end and see how everything weaves. I'm on 54hours and have got to that point so I assume you've not bothered with side quests?

Think I just passed the 40 hour mark. Done a few of the sidequests. Think I have 50+ Gratitude crystals although I have sort of given up searching for the Goddess stones and have an empty space in my gear bag between the letter and the rattle.

Once I got the Master Sword, it was hard to think about anything else other than forging on with the story.

Currently, I have
butchered Ghirahim for the third and final time along with his army. Now, all that remains is the confrontation with Demise

Graphics and story of the final confrontation and its aftermath are great, although I was a little disappointed in the final battle itself as it once again proved rather simple and short.

For someone that is supposedly the essence of evil, Demise was nowhere near as proficient a fighter as Ghirahim and the Demon Lord was straightforward. Loved having to fight his entire army by the way. A nice touch that seemed, you know, sensible.

The appearance of the Triforce seemed a like pointless too, especially when using it to permanently imprison the Imprisoned was quickly circumvented by the Gate of Time and then Link did not use it against either Demise or Ghirahim, (although I suppose it was needed to keep Demise cooped up in the present).

The curse of Demise was a nice touch but I must admit though I was convinced that Groose was going to end up as the first Ganondorf, perhaps even by touching or even trying to claim the Triforce. Perhaps he still does by being the ancestor of the Gerudo?

One other question: if the remaining essence of Demise is contained within the Master Sword, is it the Master Sword itself that is perpetuating the struggle between the descendants of the personification of the Goddess, the Hero of Time and the personification of Demise's hatred?

Wow shopto.net have some cracking deals. If anyone's going to buy something off there drop me a PM.

Got Dead Island, put it in. Got to level ten, and back to Skyrim. I should have listened, I thought the mele system was going to be so cool. I just wanted to go out and smash the fuck out of zombies. I love the idea, but it's not really that much fun.
