Both Muta and Malenko are great wrestlers. Muta is one of the best japaness wrestler in the world and he is just awesome to watch. Malenko was just one of the greatest technical wrestler in the world, But at last my favorite wrestler out of these to here is Great Muta, So I'll vote for Muta.

Waiting in line at the DMV is more exciting than watching a Dean Malenko match; Great Muta was one of the reasons why I even started watching puro in the first place.
People can make all the arguments they want about titles this and innovation that; but at the end of the day Muta was the bigger star, and he brought more to the table as far as entertainment value.

Great Muta is one of the most innovative wrestlers in history and one of the few Japanese lightweights to succeed in their top division and smultaneously one of the only Japanese wrestlers to properly get pushed in the USA. Malenko is someone who I can't quite decided my true feelings about, but what I will say is that he is one of the most boring wrestlers out of the ring ever, which is why nobody ever cared about him.
