Ezekiel Jackson

Ezekiel Jackson is a former ECW champion either way (I guess), so I would hope that when big Zeke returns on RAW that he could get a legit run on the brand. Maybe a reign or two with the U.S. championship? Have a good big man fued with Mark Henry (if he still is a heel)?

Yeah...just what everyone wants to see...a feud between Miz-Ark and Zeke. I think not.

I'm confused on how WWE feels about this guy. He has won the ECW title, but they obviously weren't too high on ECW (nor was anyone else). He has the size and build, no doubt, but zero wrestling ability. He hasn't done anything on the mic worth remembering, and has a garbage character. I don't see him going very far. Sure, he could have a feud with good ol' Miz-Ark Henry, or Khali...but who would care? Sounds like a match on Superstars more than it does a Raw feud.

I wish Ezekiel Jackson had stayed on SmackDown. I can almost smell career killer on RAW. He's just not gonna have a chance what with most of the main event guys in full form, most of the midcarders having something to do, and even the comedy jobber roles have been filled out.

On SD, it would be more of a place for Big Zeke to get his feet back in the water. I could see him quickly winning the IC Championship from Kofi considering he doesn't really have a big program right now other than being the third wheel in the McIntyre/Hardy feud.

But if Zeke is to stay on RAW, I'd go with Piedmont's idea of putting him with Ranjin Singh. Singh has been wearing that blazer that says "The Great Khali Says..." in sequins to the ring when he comes out with Khali. Now that he's tired of working with him, perhaps he could work with Zeke and speak on his behalf and wear a blazer with Zekes name on the back. I would absolutely join that as it would appear like Vince is trying in some way to bring managers back, and not just in a guy/girl that escorts the wrestler, valet type of way.

I gotta be honest, when they first started messing around with Ted Dibase Jr was looking for a new "Virgil," Big Zeke was the first person that came to mind.

I thought that maybe Big Zeke would say that he has medical bills to pay and blah blah blah, and that would be the end of it. Another coward heel, using money to unleash a dominant force to do his dirty work, and he'd pick up the wins. Who knows, maybe they will still do that, but that's the direction where I saw Big Zeke going once he returned.

Like Mister Bill said, a Smackdown! run is definitley in order here. If they put him on RAW with the big boys on live TV, I don't think he'll make it, and I'm a huge Zeke fan. I personally don't wanna see another Big man/Big man feud as it's been done to death.

If they are gonna do the big on big action though, I say throw him in a feud w/Big Show, have Show give him the rub, and hopefully Zeke will get over from that. Jackson will definitley need a manager of some sort, maybe he will get that Singh guy and we will have to sit through a gawd awful fued between Khali and Jackson :disappointed:. But hopefully, they find a spot on the roster for this guy, he's got a great look, and is only improving in the ring, I had a chance to see this guy live, in his last televised match (i believe) againest Christian in an Extreme Rules match and I was thouroughly impressed.

I wanna see Jackson/Henry team up together as a MONSTER heel team. I personally think having them team up, have them destroy teams left and right then take the tag team titles. Let them hold the belts for a LONG time. Give them a mouthpiece. Maybe bring back thuggin and buggin the only way Theodore R. Long can do it! Henry/Jackson & Long forming another "black pride" type stable. Possibly throw in MVP or do what they did when they had Chris N. join up with them. You could have Jack Swagger join up with them. I realize all of this would require some potential roster moving but hey with the way this "new gm" is he/she can make up rules as they see fit.
I'd LOVE to see that stable just absolutely destroy every team they face. That would, to me help continue bringing back credibility to the Tag Division while keeping Jackson & Henry out of the US/IC/WHC/WWE championship picture.

Just as people have said before.. please put a mouthpiece on him before he makes his return...

He has no chance to get anywhere without some type of mouth piece.

my pick:

Abraham Washington - We haven't seen Washington for some time now, and what better way to get under the skin of fans that have Abe back. The man had so much charisma and drew a lot of heat on his short stint of ECW. I wouldn't mind seeing Abe bring in another guy and have him and Zeke tag up. Either way, I don't see Zeke' making it very far in the E without a manager.

He should return a face...he would get a decent pop... i would cheer for him...

I think they should bring him back a chain wearing gangster looking dude...and talking like Booker T did back in his WCW days...

Also give him a good run on Raw, i mean there must have been a reason he was sent there right??

Give him a couple of good title runs aswell..

Big Zeke can either join Ted on Raw or go back to SmackDown. Raw is too crowed and everyone is doing something over there now. On SmackDown, Jackson could run wild and go through the entire roster in a month or so and then go after the Intercontinental Championship. He has little mic experience and a run on SmackDown would do him wonders instead of throwing him to the wolves on Raw.

I'm excited for Bike Zeke to come back. I know its been stated before but with rumors of new factions starting up like the Fortunate Sons, and now the Nexus. I would love to see something similar to the "NEW Nation of Domination". 5 minorities complaining of suppression, much like the old NOD. MVP (leader), Mark Henry and Zeke (tag team), Shad (enforcer) and Abraham Washington serving as their mouth piece. I actually heard rumors that Elijah Burke was going to start something like this while he was still with WWE. Obviously it didn't happen. I think all of those guys are better as heels. Of course they might need to go to Smackdown, b/c Nexus has the heel faction locked down on Raw.

I want him to come back as a Harlem-born kingpin, "Big" Zeke Jackson. He could wear white clothes, have his posse of hoes and workers, and have vignettes filmed inside his casinos which he "owns". It could work as heel or face. Zeke has shown that he has a good personality and with some training could be good enough on the mic to pull it off.

However, I think he'll come back as another generic monster heel, who goes around quoting the book of Ezekiel. I like Zeke, and I want him to be something different. If he's just another large heel, he won't last for very long once he returns.

I personally don’t think that the WWE has plans for Ezekiel Jackson.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I thought he was as entertaining as anyone on ECW but that is exactly his problem. ECW was a place where young talent came through the ranks and older talent went to die. Yes, Big Zeke was a dominating force on the show but I don’t think that the WWE will be too beat up about the fact that he is out of action. I don’t think he has a lot to offer the WWE on either of the main brands and I fully expect that he will be doing matches on Superstars if he ever returns.

To me, he has very little that sets him apart from some other names on either of the brands. He is big, well so is Kane. He is strong, well so is Mark Henry. In my opinion, he is just another statistic in the WWE and if he cannot come back with a gimmick that sets him apart from those guys, then he is not going to last long in the WWE upon his return.

I don't believe that the WWE is that high on him, despite the fact he was the last ECW champ. A 3 minute run with a defunct title does not exactly scream 'top guy', IMO.
Regardless of this, i do see some potential in Big Zeke and i believe that he would flourish more on SD, IF they relegate Shad to Superstars/FCW (which may as well be the case as of the two, JTG has had more TV time since the break up of Cryme Tyme). I just feel Shad's and Zeke's gimmicks of big, serious, black heels would take away from both men's individuality and this would hamper Zeke's push.
Just as people have said before.. please put a mouthpiece on him before he makes his return...

He has no chance to get anywhere without some type of mouth piece.

my pick:

Abraham Washington - We haven't seen Washington for some time now, and what better way to get under the skin of fans that have Abe back. Either way, I don't see Zeke' making it very far in the E without a manager.

I think this is the deal breaker, right there. I may have been the only person who enjoyed Washington's work on ECW and i think having Abe be the comedic sidekick next to Zeke's straight man would be an interesting combination. Think along the lines of Armando Alejandro Estrada/Umaga; except Zeke could actually talk at the end of the promos.

I think teaming Zeke on his return would be a step backwards as his stint in ECW saw him break away from Kozlov and gain singles gold. I think a singles run on SD! (which is short on heels IMO) would be the best option; maybe have him rekindle his feud with Christian before starting feuds with MVP, Hardy or even possibly Kingston.

I think hes ready to main event, hes a big guy, and i think he has what it takes. Kind of like if marcus cor von and bobby lashley were combined. If not he could be in a tag team i would like to see him and mark henry together.

Ezekiel Jackson, is a decent, maybe if he comes back ashis Harlem Kingpin maybe WWE would have better plans for him, but the Kingpin gimmick may not suit the PG rating, does WWE want a wrestler even if he is heel to portray a criminal type character. I don't know about how'd they go about it. He had a good enough run in ECW as part of an alliance with Regal and Kozlov so maybe he reunites with Regal or starts a tag team with Mar Henry who could turn heel.
