They are only having an E.C. because ECW is filled with most of Raw and Smackdown jobbers. Would anyone pay to see a main event of a P.P.V. with Striker and Holly in it? No. The reason they are using it is because R.V.D. will struggle to carry Big Show to a decent match and the prospect of an Elimination Chamber is always intriging.
