Well that was severely disappointing. Pathetic performance by some of the Dutch (Van Persie especially). Hoping Germany don't let me down later.

Very surprising. Incredibly, the Dutch looked worse in the second than they did in the first. Just a big time failure to capitalize on a couple big opportunities. Wasn't all that far from being a 2-1 victory, really, but they never got it done.

I'd rather have Lahm for his versatility. Can play both left and right back, which can be invaluable. I've also never rated Cole, no idea why.
