Not particularly. We're becoming pretty liberal when it comes to marijuana. It's passed 63% to 37%. A lot of stories have gone around how it's helped a lot of people and I think that resonated tremendously as well.
I have no doubt it would have passed for recreational usage too but the people collecting signatures fucked up royally and it couldn't get on the ballot.
I got a feeling recreational use will be on the ballot in 2 to 4 years.

So, I don't know much about politics but I have been keeping up with this election closely and I have to say, I'd rather have Trump win then Clinton.

There's a silver lining to this. We, the intelligent people in the centre, are now the underdogs. And we will hold this new government to the same level of scrutiny as they did to the Obama administration, if not even more.
If anything, this will be a perfect display of how much of a failure populism is in political discourse across western civilisation. Which will either see these people voted out of power, or being forced to adopt a more rational and centrist position themselves. Either way, we win the long game.
