Domestic football - spam version

Nothing says "we are terrified of being relegation" than calling on Big Sam. And after only 8 games.

Not saying it's a bad decision at all though. They have been bitten by the personality coach recently and getting some stability is the way to go.

The current bottom three are in big, big trouble. The promoted teams have started alright, some of the teams you'd expect to be shit like Leicester and West Ham are flying. The teams closest to the bottom are Chelsea, who obviously won't stay there and West Brom who are managed by the only man more unrelegateable than Samuele Allardici.

I know there's usually someone who starts free falling but on current evidence it looks bleak for three big clubs.

I still see two of the three promoted sides going down.

Watford can't score and Norwich can't defend. Bournemouth just lost their best striker for 6 months.

Though Newcastle and Sunderland have the same problems too. And Villa is just clueless. But I believe those clubs can buy their way out of trouble in January while the 3 promoted squads would be reluctant to do so.

Newcastle have enough quality to dig themselves out, but might need a different manager to do it.
Sunderland are going down, not even Sam can save them this time.
Villa are a strange one. Decent manager, team is clearly trying but cant buy a result. They'll just about escape I think.

So regarding the other 2 to go down, who is most likely to collapse?
If the Berahino issue kicks off at West Brom again, (and it very well could) then they're a good bet.
The other spot is between Norwich, Bournemouth and and Watford. Bournemouth and Norwich are geared towards attack, and that'll probably grab them enough points. Watford don't look like scoring, they're a defensive team and you can only play like that for so long before the vice starts tightening and you have to go looking for wins.

I would have said Sunderland are a certainty but you never know now they've got Big Sam there

Aston Villa I believe will go down just for the fact they have the most inexperienced manager in the league. He only just about managed par with Tottenham and par for this Villa team would be relegation and I don't even think he's going to manage par there

Newcastle I imagine will eventually pull there fingers out given the quality in their squad and the fact there are worse teams.

West Brom are an interesting one and you wouldn't make a case for them going down but mabye Tonys missus put that magic hat in the washer

Bournemouth have a herculean task ahead of them to survive without there 3 best players available and given the fact there is no experience throughout the club of been in the top flight. I don't just mean the players I mean the fact it's the clubs first season.

Watford are scoring at a low rate but they are also conceding at a low rate and relegation battles are won on a strong defence in my opinion so if they all roll their socks up and get stuck in ( Cheers Tactics Tim) then maybe just maybe they could do.

Norwich have got some good talent there in their team and given the quality of other teams around them I believe they have a good chance just given the fact they're up near the top when it comes to best of the worst.

Stoke aren't performing too well at the moment given the sum of their parts and that's simply to do with the fact I believe they brought in too many too soon. Now I don't think they are going to be relegated but I do think come may it wouldn't be a massive shock if they were down there.

Chelsea. I hope they go down.

Been a while since I have seen as much gutless defending as I did in the first half of the Holland game. Absolutely tragic.

Man Utd fans should be praying that LVG doesn't leave them in the same kind of shape when he moves on...

And yet they could still turn it around in the second half.

It's a common thing when he leaves clubs. He's such an authoritarian prick that whoever follows him inherits a squad that is demotivated and just glad for the break.

The FIFA mess really is hilarious. Not that the public matter to them, but no one from within the game's hierarchy will be acceptable.

Even if Platini is largely exonerated, he is now completely tarnished and with everyone else suspended or banned we will be left potentially with Prince Ali standing unopposed in the 'new era' of FIFA.

And nothing builds confidence like an unopposed election...

Tasty, do you get Sky Sports over there? Next week's Soccer AM has Noel Gallagher, Peter Schmeichel and fucking Batista on it.

Whelp, that's what happens when you have an organization that's largely unaccountable.

Surprised its still 0-0 considering both sides have been farcical at points.

Also I wish Liverpool would stop buying promising Englishmen and promptly crippling them

*Subs Giroud and Ramsey out*
*Brings in Walcott and Cabaye*
*Removes Cabaye*
*Takes captaincy off Vardy*
*Gives captaincy to Walcott*

For fucks sake. That's about 40 points thrown away

I don't legally have sky sports but by using a vpn and my brother's sky go u had been getting by with a lot of buffering.

To alleviate this, I just today bought the Qatari coverage. I shit you not, it's hosted by Richard Keys, Andy Grey does the analysis and the studio guest was Malky Mackay.

That's what my local pub show.

Lee, I know you always try your best to lose to Sunderland but if that Dutch bloke could get a few just to bolster my fantasy team, that'd be super.
