He needs another year or two.
They need to feed someone to him. Bring someone big back and have Ambrose go over in a big way.
If Foley was still around, they could do what him and Orton did back in the early 2000's. Foley was fed to Orton since he was the legend killer.
If Ambrose can maintain the imagine of the good guy who will kick anyones ass. Kinda like Stone Cold without the beer.
He looks like a regular guy and he talks like one. So the fans will relate to him more.
Given a year, a good feud, and not making him look weak, he will be one of the top faces.

Isn't that why they're using Jericho? Who else can they really bring back who is gonna put him over? Austin sure as hell won't - Rock won't... Kurt would be debateable as to his value to Dean... Edge is incapable...
