Definitive Proof There Is No New Ratings War At This Time

Further proof: Guess what also peaked with a 0.9 rating monday? The NHL game between the Detroit Red Wings and Pittsburgh Penguins on VS. All we ever hear is that the NHL isn't even a major sport anymore, and TNA got the same ratings as a hockey game. Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking the NHL, I am a HUGE Detroit Red Wings fan, have been since I was a kid. But, a regular season NHL game gets similar ratings to TNA?

You can take that a step further. VS is a network that alot of people don't get. And most of the people that do get it don't like hockey. I personally do and LOVE my hometown Penguins, but I can't name 20 people I konow that even watch hockey outside of US vs Canada in the gold medal game.
TNA doing a .9 essentially this past week is awful. It's the same rating that NXT got. I'm not knocking NXT, because I find it personally more enjoyable than Raw. I'm just saying TNA has the star power advantage and they can't beat Daneil Bryan and David Otunga? That shoudl really really scare them.
And then you have Dixie, who I will admit has balls of steel and I respect her effort, but she should probably think before speaking. I read she was happy that TNA beat Raw in the UK. I'm sure its been posted here, but Raw is on a network that you have to pay a package fee to get. TNA is on a network that comes with a basic subscription. Most people will watch something for free instead of paying $20 for 4 broadcasts a month...Made her look really really stupid when she bragged about that.
