Dave/Safari Man presents: The sig competitions

SO yeah, the first thing that I thought we should do is to focus on some of our strengths. Safari Man has been impressing me with some of the signatures he has been making lately. I am no expert at sig-making but I have been doing it for a while now and I doubt the graphics section would be the same without me... Not to be egotistical or anything.

Anyway, it makes good sense to have a sig competition between us two. The first topic is MMA and can be anything based around that subject. Please suggest some more topics and they'll be completed when we get around to them. Fell free to request a topic that you would use as a signature and should we agree upon it, then you can use it in whatever way you like.

I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of Sopranos sigs. There would be tons of material for you guys to work with. Just thought I'd try to add to this thread. I actually think Safari Man has shown improvement and I'd like to try and help him get his ass out of here.

Great Idea. My Go at it:

I think you've a good style. However, this looks like two separate images. I feel it would be better with the omission of the font graphic, because as of now, the central Forrest Griffin signature and the font graphic do not flow well.

It is impressive work, though, and the font graphic showcases clear expertise. As it stands now, however, it isn't pleasing.

I like this signature a lot. The background image blends in nicely, and as a whole, looks well. The fluorescent lighting is adept and you made a nice choice of border and font. The main picture of Cain is slightly hazy, but it doesn't deter from the quality in a significant way.

Overall, I thinks it's a nice signature. It's not a blow-me-away graphic, but a very good one, nonetheless.
