Darren Young Suspended

I was just on WWE.com and learnt that Darren Young has been suspended for breching the wellness policy.

What do you think this will do to his future with WWE?

How will NXT go without one of it's contestants? (considering we are lucky to see then now with the crap on there)

Will this lead to the releasing of Darren Young?

He's pretty much a cookie-cutter (so much so that he resembles John Cena) so I wouldn't be surprised to see him de-pushed, he doesn't bring anything to the table that WWE really needs right now...but how more de-pushed can you be when your'e on NXT?

Honestly.. I never feel WWE gives any damn to ppl violating the health wellness policy.. i mean.. we seen a few of them suspended.. but despite so they are still being pushed..

only a few of them never had that kind of luck.. besides.. based on Darren Young's push in NXT.. I highly doubt that he would be "de-push".. it seemed to me that WWE kinda like him during his time in NXT Redemption for some unknown reason.. probably they thought his mike work was better than the rest throughout the season..? I don't know..

Ha.. You need to have been pushed in the first place to get a de-push.

They have been trimming a bit of fat lately. Don't be surprised if he is future endeavored within the year.

He is one of the top of NXT so I guess you could call that a push...In a very minor way, but I guess its something since he came from being the guy in Nexus that always took the big bumps and was the first one kicked out and sent to Superstars.

I was a bit annoyed by it, he was doing well for a "rookie" even if he was on NXT and I thought him and JTG would have made a good Cryme Tyme or new tag team together which would better the division, hopefully it can still work out.

Depush him huh how can you depush someone when your not pushed!! Geez poor guy how much lower can he go?? Hes a good worker from what i remember seeing of him he needs to go to TNA ask for his release in WWE so he can at least go work for "That other company"

Honestly, I think he might have gotten himself suspended just so he can get off that shithole they call NXT Redemption. Seriously.. He had a good match with Striker and that's it. This season sucks balls. And I wouldn't blame him if he actually put his job on the line just so he can get the fuck out of it.

Darren is an ok in ring talent. But he's nothing special. As for his future I won't be upset if he gets released.

His endeavors are his future, he's been under contract for a while now, and he hasn't made a penny for WWE. If he's going to screw up with drugs, may as well dump him before you give him a push and he does drugs at a level that someone will notice he's missing.

I think this may be the last we ever see of Young. They had the potential for a fun little feud between him and Cena when they addressed how they look so similar. Cena would obviously have squashed him, but the potential for something was there. They could have built him into a heel version of Cena or something. The fact of the matter is though that at the end of the day he still sucked. If he was meant to win NXT then those plans may have to change and I am sure they will find a way to please all 4 of the people who watch it. I don't watch it so I personally do not care what happens there. Young will probably get future endeavoured because other than looking just like Cena he was completely replaceable.

Has it been too long to guess that he'll be released as a result of being suspended?

If it isn't and he does get a release I won't really care, I'm not a fan of his but I don't hate him, he's just there. He was doing pretty good on NXT (from what I hear) and he may have potential to become a decent mid-carder but at the end of the day I still don't care about him, so whether he gets released or not, I don't care.

Sucks for him. I don't think the WWE was really going anywhere with his character and if they were they weren't doing a good job of it. And he might get realeased but I doubt it. Remember, he was part of the original Nexus (the one that was actually good) and I'm getting the feeling WWE wants to keep those guys for future events. Such as turning them all heel again and having a big Nexus reunion.

Which would suck for Triple H's job. XD

Darren Young isn't John Cena. Darren Young isn't Randy Orton. Darren Young isn't even Kelly Kelly. Young needs to do some hard thinking during his time off. He gets suspended from a company that doesn't care whether he exists or not then I hope he expects to do little to nothing when he comes back. Darren Young is completely replacable on the WWE roster. He's bland, boring and brings nothing to the table that isn't already there. I guess he was doing fine on NXT, but he fucked up his one chance at doing something even remotely relevant in the WWE. He can go fall in a deep hole.
