CWC Live Final LD - Yes! Now We Can Talk About Ibushi

He will.... It's just a matter of time.

I really doubt it. Japanese are very much different from Americans. There is "proud" and "honor" in this for them. It's not for nothing that Okada and Tanahashi never signed with WWE.

why do you say that?

He lost to a guy that has never accomplished anything. It's a pride thing. TJ Perkins is just a jobber in accomplishments. He isn't all that big in the indy scene. Really, he's a nobody. He isn't main eventing shows. While Ibushi is just one of the biggest stars in Japan. As far as cruiserweights go, think Rey Mysterio but with a good consistent booking. I mean, he has beaten Tanahashi, Okada, Nakamura & AJ Styles.

EDIT: Not saying Perkins isn't a great worker. He is!

It's been a hell of a show so far. Just hope Mauro doesn't have heart failure by the end of it.

It all comes down to one thing dude. A WWE signed wrestler beat a non WWE signed wrestler at a WWE event. Past creds don't mean much (outside a few of the big names) in the WWE

is it any surprise that the 2 finalists are 2 of the wrestlers that signed contracts to stay on after this?
