This is similar to the Billy & Chuck gay wedding incident 4 years ago where the media picks up on it and spreads this bunch of bullsh*t saying the WWE is making fun of gays or in this case being racist. We have to accept the fact that WWE creates some very unique gimmicks that is either funny or just plain stupid. Cryme Tyme was hilarious most of the time but the last two weeks was just not funny IMO. This is Vince's way of getting a cheap laugh for himself, he thinks his own ass is the funniest thing on the planet. No matter what race u are if u are a WWE fan u should be use to this kind of sh*t by now and either laugh at it or think to yourself and say "This Is Stupid"!

Intresting quote at the bottom, I see your point although I don't find them offensive it is everybody right to feel what they want about the subject but the WWE stereotype's every race, color, and religion so maybe everybody has the right to be a little upset about one storyline or another, what i'm most suprised about is all the racist comments that are all over this thread I really find it disappointing that people still and will always think a certain way about other races, it starts with us we have to change the way we think about stereotyping other races and ourselves, I agree that people that aren't Black just can't understand what it means to us but we also don't know what it's like to be any other race, so until we can change the way we think nothing will change, in closing I want to say the word "Ni**a and Ni**er" does take on a new meanning when someone of a different race says it thats just the way it is.

It's offensive to me as a white man because it is a waste of my time when I'm trying to watch wrestling. The segments are not funny at all. Whoever compares them to Dave Chappelle's sketches is a complete and utter moron. The thing that keys me in to the fact I'm watching Cryme Tyme instead of Dave is the fact that I don't want to shoot myself while I'm watching Dave.

This whole gimmick and team is pathetic and I hope to God it ends soon. I was cheering for the Spirit Squad over them for Christ's sake! Anyone who likes this team must be a huge K-Fed fan.

Oh by the way, I watched Cryme Tyme in OVW and they were pretty good wrestlers. More entertaining than they are now. Now they are dead to me.

I think people should lighten up over Cryme Tyme "fro real"!! WWE has a history of using sterotypes in it characters which are designed to simply be box office draws so Vince can get more money. If it was yet another British Wrestler who came in, said "jolly good" all the time, had a picture of the queen and drank tea out of posh cups would anyone really find it offending despite the fact most Brits and NOT like that, some, like myself like watching our sports team play, going to the pub with our mates and genrally not being "WWE British". But to say that offends me would be untrue, if they are entertaining then I am sure I will enjoy watching them in the WWE, the same applies to Cryme Tyme, they are entertaining, but playing to a sterotype which most people with common sense will notice is just that and is not a complete refelction of what black people are like, some however are like that and that is what everyone forgets, sterotypes are often based in reality no matter how small a % of reality

I'm not offended by any sorts of racial undertones in anything I witness. Hell, I'm not not married to someone white and three of my best friends I've ever had aren't white, either.
