Jericho owes a lot to Vince and WWE seeing as Vince virtually saved Jericho's career when it was going down the tubes in WCW. So I feel Chris has a loyalty to Vince McMahon.

I would love to see Chris Jericho come back at the Royal Rumble as a "suprise" number 30 entry. I think the fans would go absolutley insane. As for the tna comment, tna is ok. If they got rid of Vince Russo, it would be alot better.
