Bray Wyatt vs Kein Owens Feud

rge2010

Mid-Card Championship Winner
Would anyone else have any interesting in this? I don't think either needs to make the shift to full blown face and a heel vs heel would work quite nicely.

Owens is a lone wolf and Wyatt fights in a pack. I think it would tell a really interesting story.

Shall we book it for Mania 32? Both aren't really involved in anything right now.

As much as I like KO and Bray Wyatt, I am not interested in seeing this, at least not at this time. It pains me to see how much the Wyatt family has fallen, so much so that they don't have any fixed plans going into Wrestlemania yet. They can't afford to lose whatever feud they have next. On the other hand, Kevin Owens is in his second reign as IC champion and needs a strong program to establish himself as a top heel. Neither of the parties can afford a loss here. Plus, what would you build the feud on? There's nothing to gain from it at this time.

I like it to be honest. It would be a Mania suitable match as in two big guys on the card taking on each other apart from each guy taking someone less down the card. The problem is though who wins? Both guys could do with it, I guess though depending on what happens this Mania, there isn't much hope for the Wyatts or reason to care at least. So maybe that is a reason to pick Owens over Wyatt.

As terms of the actual match, it should be decent. I think their styles match each other well and it could be a very entertaining match. I don't know how the promos would go down but in terms of what each guy can do on the mic, it isn't something to be disappointed about. I would personally like it. The only problem is it is hard to determine who could use the win or who could afford the loss to be more precise. There would be no point in Owens losing the title already and there is no real reason to put the title on Wyatt either.

I would love it but I think that its not the right time for this feud. Bray Wyatt needs a legit win at Wrestlemania. If this feud happens at Wrestlemania, He will surely go 0-3. I dont want a loss for either party. So I would like it to happen after Wrestlemania 32.

I would rather see Wyatt win US Title at Wrestlemania thus giving his first title win.

I have absolutely no interest in this feud. What sort of credibility would Bray Wyatt acquire after this feud? He had been consistently vetting rubbed against the top stars with no avail. It's just because he hasn't been successful in any feud. Come on WWE, even the Bunny had came up on top in his feud with Adam Rose. WWE should give Bray Wyatt some opportunity to win a big PPV. It shouldn't be against someone, it should be against something Big. What if the Wyatt family will be the one to dethrone the authority? That sort of feud will be more interesting than any other feud for Bray Wyatt.

I thought about this and wondered if anyone else had. If the Taker vs. Shane match happens as advertised, what if the Wyatt's aid Shane in taking control of Raw after being conspicuously absent from the rest of the show. The Undertaker Wyatt feud could start up again for Summerslam and GASP! They could actually let Bray go over this time!

From what I had said, I had no interest in seeing Undertaker vs Wyatt feud either. They both had a fair share of time with each other and it's time for The Undertaker to step down and let Wyatt take control. Something much more crazier than what we would've anticipated. For that, they need to get rid of Braun Strownman off the team.

I have to admit I hope my little pitch is dead wrong, they had their chance to put Bray over by beating Taker twice and failed so the ship has sailed on that feud. As much as they have been jobbed out lately it almost seems like they may have something very unexpected in the works. Anything that they pursue with the characters, including breaking them up again would be better than what they've done the past 6-7 months IMO.

They need to get rid of Strowman anyway IMO, all he does is squash jobbers, and stand at the side of Bray Wyatt attempting to look scary.

I am not interested in seeing the current form of Bray Wyatt involved in any feud, in all honesty.

I am sick of him and the Wyatt family as presently created/produced/handled. We've seen them do the same thing for 2-3 years now.

I'm over it.

Wrestlemania needs a credible "wrestling match" for the purists to fill out the show in my opinion. This isn't it. Owens is one of the guys who can deliver in that department and the only other opponent who could make the IC title match a big deal at this point is AJ Styles. He seems like the only obvious choice to me. Maybe a triple threat and throw Jericho in there just to get another name on the card

I personally would not be interested in a feud with these two in it. Both are top heels in the WWE right now and it wouldn't make for a good story being as their paths haven't really crossed in any way, shape, or form. Heel v heel matches never seem to work out the way you think they do.

How about finding KO a better opponent than Bray Wyatt. Hes irrelevant and Owens doesn't need to be tied up with someone like that.. If that match happened it would probably be on the pre-show.

That is the exact same thing Nash did for Yawn Michaels... When Nash showed up as Michaels bodyguard he was a WCW jobber known as Oz and Vinnie Vegas... As much as I can't stand Yawn Michaels he did help grow and develop Nash... Bray could do the same for Strowman, not to mention Strowman has been in NXT for 2 years training... He may already have in ring skill and mic skills we just haven't seen yet because they intentionally kept him off of all NXT shows and just let him train... He might be like Nash when he come in... History does repeat itself...

I wouldn't want to see it. Bray is bigger than the IC title. WWE just don't treat him like that anymore.

While fans might think he's bigger, he really isn't. The Wyatt's have fallen so far off the radar these days, that they don't even show up on it anymore. It's a shame too because at one point in time I really thought Wyatt was going to go places. Of course that was before he showed up on each show and rambled on about stuff that didn't make sense. Then they were split up, which made even less sense, and reunited, again common sense wasn't common is this decision.

Owens needs a feud with someone like Styles, someone who can match him in the ring. Not saying Wyatt can't, but Owens is a heel, same as Wyatt and what with them never showing an interest in Owens can't see it happening this close to Mania.

What Bray Wyatt needs to do is to challenge the Authority, try to bring them down. Stop trying to save the world, just start at the bottom by saving the WWE from the very people who run it. If that doesn't get Wyatt over then nothing will.

What is the dynamic here? While I don't see the two being aligned, I struggle to see how they feud. Owens presents himself as "legit" who kind of breaks kayfabe with his language. Wyatt is a comic book character. Both are heels. I can't imagine Owens sticking to his character without completely making a joke out of Wyatt. And what bullshit is Wyatt going to throw at Owens? His shtick is floundering as it is and doesn't work against a fellow heel. Plus, I see Wyatt as low to mid card at this time and Owens mid to main event.

The match might be fine and I wouldn't mind watching it but Vince isn't going to give them the time or attention for Mania. Save it for one when one of these guys are ready to move to a title program and both are on the same level. Neither guy is sniffing that point right now. Wyatt kind of stinks and Owens has the IC albatross to elevate.

I'd be interested in seeing it, but now would be a bad time. While I think Bray should have a babyface turn, he'd need to battle a heel stable like the League of Nations, New Day or the Authority. Kevin Owens should NOT turn face anytime soon.

But neither can really afford a loss right now and if Bray went over Owens, I'd presume WWE has given up on Owens. If Owens went over Bray, it just continues degrading Bray. Maybe one day, but not anytime soon,

Yeah Styles vs. Owens would be good. Get Styles away from Jericho.

Yeah, I'd love to see Bray vs. The Authority. It'd be different than Reigns vs. The Authority. Seems like you can only do the rehash of Vince vs. Austin so many times.

Bray Wyatt needs to change, and then sure why not.

As a heel, Wyatt is done. He isn't a legitimate threat, and he hasn't done anything interesting since the Cena feud or arguably ever. They don't use him to tell real stories. It's the same set-up to a match every single feud and it's boring. It's also a shame because I actually think that with specific direction and a real story to tell, Wyatt could cut a solid promo instead of rambling nonsenically and grasping at straws to find something meaningful. He's an actual character, he's just a character that they've done nothing truly significant with from a story perspective.

The Family should turn on him, and say they are now following a mysterious new leader. Build up the mystery and then reveal the new leader, just like the greater power angle. Make it someone big. You want to save the Wyatt Family, you actually need to tell a story. If not, cut your loses and move on. If you're not willing to put effort into somebody, they shouldn't be there in the first place.

Yeah once your done rehashing Austin vs. Vince, might as well rehash Taker vs. Vince.
