RESPONSE TO A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS RE: THE CONTEST:
I've been asked a couple of questions via PM so I'll answer them here so that everybody gets the answers.
Do we need a pre-show?
Not particularly. If you want to, go for it. However, if it is just a generic Battle Royale at WrestleMania to get jobbers and undercard wrestlers on the WM show, why bother?
If I do MITB, do I need a story behind it?
Your call. Most of the time, the WWE simply have MITB done through qualifiers but there are usually a couple of burning background stories, i.e. when Miz and Morrison were both in the MITB match for example. If you are having MITB, it's up to you - if you could come up with a story that didn't feel forced that encompassed all or most of the men involved, I'd be impressed! But I would be fine with a description of the qualifying needed if there was no real story behind it.
How will the voting be done?
Simple. I will post the PM's that you've sent me. Then I will ask you to PM me with the participants ranked in order. I will use these orders to score them and the lowest scores will be out. Depends how many entries we have as to how many people are eliminated in each round - I've got five ideas for stages (inc. this one) so I'd want it to end at that point.
Advice - I would suggest Round 1 (the audition) just needs to make sense and have a solid reasoning behind it. For each decision, ask yourself: Why am I having this match? Does it make sense? What are the reasons for it? Then you'll have a gut instinct for whether or not to include it or not.
Don't forget entries are needed to be in by a week on Sunday, 21:00 GMT. I already have entries in from - Bocaj, georgelfc and Straight Edge Swagger. Thanks you three.GCB
