I'm not sure how you can joke about a thing like this.

While it is true that incarceration rates are disproportionately high among people named Bill, I like to think he would use that time to educate and better himself rather than saying ignorant things which perpetuate a cycle of oppression.

Also, I was left off the 2009 ROTY poll despite having the requisite nominations. The administration didn't intentionally leave Bill off the 2010 poll. Perhaps he's the one who needs to check his privilege.
