All people wanted was Bryan winning the Rumble coz they love doing the YES thing and letting him have that cliched Road To WrestleMania.

If all this "backstage update" culminates to Bryan Vs Sheamus and Orton Vs Batista for the ME at Mania, they might as well just shoot Batista right now.

I don't think so, given JBL's acting as though he never stepped foot inside the ring. Wasn't half as funny as Lawler in '97, but he was definitely trying.

The "you still got it" chant made it funny. Lawler did say that JBL's entry reminded him of him, but it was indeed a weak homage.
