Hey this may seem a little crazy... but could you make a sig of cena f'uing viscera, but somehow put the big show almost on top of viscera so it looks like Cena is F'uing both of them at the same time? With a Dark Blue background and the text that says 'DUUUUDE! CENA IS A HOSS!'?
