Numbers, you are the one that brought race into this conversation, when it has nothing to do with it. Shad broke the law, and belongs in jail.
Great way to take one side of the story without hearing the rest of it. Jeez, the exaggeration is astounding.

If my reply makes "little to no sense" to you, you might want to guess who's actually "fucking stupid". What part is hard to understand, pray tell?

Or could it be it's just harder to accept you're wrong? If you're going to retort, try employing an ounce of logic and I'll be happy to humour it.

You're being about as infantile as Shad's TV persona -- which might not just be a TV persona, but we'll ignore that.
The fact that you cant suspend disbelief between wrestling and reality amazes me.

Fuck off

Yes I am happy that a wrestler I think isnt very talented is in prison. I do not like seeing him on my TV so I think its great he is locked away from society, its not like I can change the channel if I see him on TV or can avoid him now he isnt in the WWE any more.

His freedom angers me so much

What a fucking joke

You mean like you are doing by assuming he is innocent? Or how you assume that Morrrison Fan is a white supremacist just because he believes in the American justice system?

This post sums it all up for me.

You mean like you are doing by assuming he is innocent? Or how you assume that Morrrison Fan is a white supremacist just because he believes in the American justice system?
I dont care if he is innocent or not, but do you understand the stupidity that is going on here? He is saying he deserves to be in prison because he is a shit wrestler, like how good he is determines how much civil freedom he gets or is entitled to.

It is a fucking joke, the whole thread is pretty awful and he had to be called out for his opinion on it.

And if this is the US justice system and an example of its supporters and the belief that it encourages then you guys have issues. I dont believe he is the majority though.

I dont care if he is innocent or not

I do, in fact I think that should have everything to do with whether he is in jail or not. Apparently I just have a better set of moral values than you.

but do you understand the stupidity that is going on here?

I am fairly certain that you do not understand what is going on in here.

He is saying he deserves to be in prison because he is a shit wrestler, like how good he is determines how much civil freedom he gets or is entitled to.

Also the whole breaking the law thing contributes too, the fact that he is a figure that is recognizable to us just makes it hit closer to home than if somebody we never heard of got arrested.

It is a fucking joke, the whole thread is pretty awful and he had to be called out for his opinion on it.

It is?

And if this is the US justice system and an example of its supporters and the belief that it encourages then you guys have issues. I dont believe he is the majority though.

I think that the majority does believe criminals belong in jail. If that was not the case we would have far more issues.

First of all, Jaywalking is NOT a jailable offense. It is either an infraction or a misdemeanor, and you just get a fine for it. Shad got arrested because the cop claimed that he resisted. Shad claims that he was a victim of racial profiling, and that he didn't resist, and was assaulted by the officer, and some MMA guy that was with him at the time corroborated Shads story.

Secondly, Anybody that is happy that the man is jailed is a dick, ESPECIALLY if they want him there even if he did nothing to warrant it. It's sad that he (allegedly) did something to warrant being arrested.

Thirdly, Numbers and The Natural are correct on all counts here. This thread is fucking pathetic, as is anyone who seriously said that Shad deserves to be in jail for his wrestling ability.

Those cops are pretty fucked. Shad's lawyer is going to have a field day.

Boy, I'll bet they get canned by the dept. too. Serves them right. World's going to shit.

I do, in fact I think that should have everything to do with whether he is in jail or not. Apparently I just have a better set of moral values than you.
Firstly, fuck off kindly. I dont appreciate that final sentence. Makes you seem like a dickwad straight off

Secondly, everything about this seems like he has been harshly treated.

Thirdly, maybe your moral values needs revision.

I am fairly certain that you do not understand what is going on in here.
He crossed the road, got taken down by a cop harshly and unfairly. Stop me when I go wrong.

Also the whole breaking the law thing contributes too, the fact that he is a figure that is recognizable to us just makes it hit closer to home than if somebody we never heard of got arrested.
We dont have jaywalking in the UK so I really dont understand where the whole offense is.

Of course it is. He crossed the road, what part of that is a serious offense?

I think that the majority does believe criminals belong in jail. If that was not the case we would have far more issues.
See, your morals dictate that crossing the road is an arrestable offence and is worthy of been called a criminal!! If he had shoplifted or done anything like his Cryme Tyme character, then I would kind of understand. If you are HAPPY - an emotion of joy - about this then you are.....well I want to say stupid, but maybe misguided would be appropriate.

I'm gonna give up because Im pretty sure the majority of people will agree how stupid this situation is.

Having high moral values makes me a dick? I am not entirely sure how that works.

Unless he actually did resist, and we have no proof that he didn't. I think I am going to believe the police over his wife and buddy who obviously want to get him off.

That makes you sound like a dick

He crossed the road, got taken down by a cop harshly and unfairly. Stop me when I go wrong.

He crossed the road illegally. He got taken down when he failed to comply to the authorities orders. Looks like it was all wrong.
We dont have jaywalking in the UK so I really dont understand where the whole offense is.

So you are arguing against something that you don't understand. Got it.

Of course it is. He crossed the road, what part of that is a serious offense?

I want you to go back to what this is a response to, and really think about it.

See, your morals dictate that crossing the road is an arrestable offence and is worthy of been called a criminal!! Criminals are people who commit crimes. Jaywalking is a crime. I think it is completely justifiable to call him a criminal.

Your posts in this thread are a crazy attempt to justify it. Im not going to go into every single point you make because it's pathetic.

Having "high" moral values is fine but you saying that you have said high values and judging that I dont makes you a dick in my book. If I said a murderer should be allowed free with no prison, then you might have a point.

I dont believe jaywalking to be a serious offense that deserves to have three grown cops on top of you. Watch the video. There's no chance that he deserved that treatment.

Like I said, crossing the road illegally? Sounds like a joke "crime". I dont understand how that is a crime but I feel Im well within my right to judge the original point of the thread - which you seem to have lost in your high moral ground.

You really have lost the point of this thread haven't you. Read the first page, do you really agree with Fanboy's point about being in jail because he was a shit wrestler!?

Like I said, how is jaywalking is anything but a misdemeanour. How is crossing the road a crime? This is a rhetorical question. I dont want you to come up with some bullshit.

Trying to get this topic back on track...

Like Sly said early on, it depends on what really happened. I don't know if the video has surfaced like rumored, or even if it will, but the way the report and Shad's wife described the incident, it's the cop's fault. Shad did everything the cop told him to do. Shad never resisted. And the cop still rubbed his face in the dirt like a criminal. That's my opinion until the final verdict is revealed. Strictly based on what I've heard, Shad was crossing the street and a racist cop abused his abilities. Of course, all people are innocent until proven guilty. Who knows, maybe Shad was jaywalking. We're just gonna have to wait and see.

Also, just because he's a terrible wrestler doesn't mean he belongs behind bars. To say something like that is just absurd.

After seeing the video, there's no doubt in my mind Shad didn't do anything. All of those people watching said the same thing.

Also, those were unarmed traffic cops. There's no way Shad couldn't have destroyed each of them if he was actually resisting anything.
