Well that explains why he didn't have a line through his name last night.I was shocked
I had mentioned that earlier. And I'm curious to see what comes of it really. People in the Bar Room found him annoying, but the people in WZCW found him to be one of them. So I'm hoping no one decides to go out of their way just to pick on the kid. He's no longer bugging us, we should leave him alone and get on with everything else.
Yeah its a glitch, he is still in the banned user group in the Admin CP.
At the end of the day he did bring alot of it on himself and all I personally could do was let him know I was joking. If people wanted to hate on the guy it was their choice he did alot to be hated for (flaming people almost constantly for a long time) so it wasn't really mine or anyone else's place to tell people to knock it off. Honestly if he'd of come to me on MSN or something and told me what was going on was really hurting him and so forth I'd of told people to knock it off or at least tone it down a bit. I wont lie I did feel bad for the kid, but thats me I feel bad for a lot of people... still doesn't mean he should have got special treatment thought.
Its complicated, but I'll lay it all down here because it seems some people should know exactly what happened.
I dont know if you (or anyone else) knows but I was the one that banned him, and basically I was probably the only person that was ever going to ban him. All of the Mods didn't want to ban him without having a clear cut reason Jake always said it was up to me so I knew I'd have to take the decision eventually to give him the boot. Originally he was restricted to the Fed (not by me) but that again would have been giving him special treatment. There was talk in the Staff Room of how Coco was starting to ruin the overall enjoyment of the Bar Room (not usually a bannable offense), he basically thought he was untouchable and had become slightly flamey towards other members... given his past and the other stunts he had pulled I decided it would be best for the forum if he was just banned for good.
He's not. He is still in the Banned user groups and he cant see anything (I checked). It's a problem with the HTML coding in the Admin CP, none of the Banned Members have lines through their names at the moment.
I, as one of the people that had NOT gotten flamed by him, thinks it's a sad end for him. i agree with Jonny, what was done was for the best of everyone. Even Leore himself thinks so. We can now go on in peace. I will continue to talk to him on MSN, and hopefully one day we will all forget this ever happened. I won't lie though. With Coco gone now, the Bar Rooms definatly gonna feel deader lol

I understand what you're saying, and as I've said I joined at the time where everyone was 'flaming' him rather than the other way, because I've only been here for about 4 months, so I never saw the Leore everyone seemed to dislike.

You could argue, but it probably wouldn't make much of a difference.
Hahaha He actually just told me recently that he "encourages questioning authority", but like he said, it won't make a difference, and he is right after all, no one deserves special treatment, and Coco was on his way sooner or later, and it wouldn't be right to keep bending the rules for one prson. Don't worry Becca, we still got him on MSN lol
