A Money-In-The-Bank cash in scenario?

I know this is stupid but I love reading forums on when Rollins could cash in. Though it's never been done before why not have a cash-in during the middle of a match. Let's say Lesnar vs. Cena. We could have both Lesnar and Cena out and couldn't Rollins take advantage of it, win the title, and leave the match going with no clue that the two are fighting for nothing until the winner of the match is announced? It could be done if set up right, probably stupid, but we could see Rollins screw over Lesnar and Cena.

I guess they have done crazier things but the case holds a contract for a title match. Wouldn't make two much sense or maybe even allowable to have a match in a match. Also why would the match continue? One would think the ref or Heyman would mention it. Even if no one said a word it would be pointless for anyone to continue paying attention.
