When will Sheamus cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase?

Back on 9-6-15 I said Sheamus would cash in at HIAC, now I am kind of leaning towards tonight at NOC so this could start the face turn for Seth.

After NOC, I think it is safe to say Sheamus is cashing in at Hell in a Cell against either Rollins or against Kane especially after just watching the NOC PPV just now I think it is safe to say Sheamus will cash in either during the Hell in a Cell Match or he will do shortly after the grueling match has taken its toll on either Rollins or on Kane
