TNA should rename itself to TNT - Total Nonstop Trolling.

Anyone who thinks that TNA is copying WWE with this ... well ... probably believed that Sting is going to WWE. TNA was trolling, they were basically making fun of all of you IDIOTS who even made YouTube videos showing EVIDENCES that it's Stinger. That's what you get for being morons. Way to fucking go TNA.

And i absolutely loved the big 'FUCK YOU' to the WWE. You can hype and put your spin on promo's but everyone knows the Stinger is a TNA/WCW boy and will always be. I hate, despise and loath anything WWE so for all us TNA marks, this was a pretty cool moment that actually adds a HEAP of hype for next weeks show as everyone knows it is Sting who is coming.

It's a pretty spontaneous thing to do and it is going to piss off the WWE marks to the moon and back. So sit back my fellow TNA fans and watch them air their anger and whining over the promo's and dont bite back. This was the whole point, to piss off anyone (fans in the IWC, workers etc) so that they air their anger and get more people tuning in.

A 1.5 rating for one week! Truly amazing. TNA saying "fuck you" to WWE is like a 2 year old punching some MMA champion while the MMA champion is paying attention to something else.

You don't hate WWE, you love it when they let go guys and TNA picks them up.

@Bilottag Dude you are looking way to far into this. Its not Shane O Mac its Sting. He isnt buying TNA like he did with WCW his music wasnt playing there was no Wrestlemania sign with an X thru it. DUDE...Do you honestly think I recorded the promo, downloaded it onto my laptop and then put it thru video and audio filters? If you do then I've got some Enron shares I'd like to sell you cheap. I'm just having some fun with it like we did with the 2-21-11 promos. of course it's Sting. Of course TNA ripped off the 2-21-11 promos as a "Fuck you" to the WWE. Of course it's gonna backfire on TNA and re-assert the belief that they have absolutely no original ideas.
BTW...I think I saw the mystery fugure wheeling what looked like a wheelchair...Lex Luger perhaps?

I think they finally found the cabin where Soma Joe was kept after he got kidnapped. As for the trench coat, a police detective and the 3.33.11 will be the day they announced that they have a suspect or that they have caught the guy.

This was such a stupid move by TNA. Not only does it make their creative "department" look incredibly weak, but it actually acknowledges the WWE product and basically says "hey, we've been watching what you're doing, and we like it so much we're gong to use it ourselves". I know in the back of VR's mind he was probably thinking "this will show them! They weren't able to get Sting and we were!" But it comes across as incredibly weak and brainless...

TNA needs to do something original and something creative. They brought back Sting, and that's great. But really, a direct rip of a WWE promo? It's more proof that TNA pays way too much attention to the internet community. Don't get me wrong, I love what the IWC is, but TNA won't get anywhere if they pander to us. Even if they get every single member of the IWC to tune in to Impact, they're ratings won't be HALF of what WWE's ratings are.

It's The Undertaker! Did you see the coat? Only Taker wears a long, black trenchcoat. And also, Sting's boots are not pointy (I actually read someone said this about the 2.21.11 video). If you reverse the whispers at the end of the video you'll hear "Rest in Peace". And you also have to consider the fact that the show will air from Fayetteville which is also in America, and that's where Texas is and that's where Undertaker is from!

This is fucking brutal, TNA just continues to show how petty and immature they are by blatantly stealing a WWE angle by using it on their show. I don't see how anyone can actually find this funny it's stupid and they need to stop trying to copy the WWE and start acting like a company that can come up with their own ideas and angles, but instead of being original they have to resort to stealing other company's angles and using them as their own.


Now if this is the re-debut of sting{which it obviously is} then I'd have no problem with it if they had come up with something original but like always TNA has to use something or someone from WWE to try and increase the ratings which this won't by the way. I hate to harp on this but I can't see any positive in this all they accomplished with this is giving away the fact that Sting is back and taking a cheap shot at WWE by stealing their promo and like most people have already said it's completly pathetic.

I am with you all the with this one. They just have no creativity in TNA. We all knew that Sting was always gonna be back, so why were we not surprised by the "shocking announcement?" Let's see how they play this out next week. Can't wait for Wrestlemania!!!

I am with you all the way with this one. TNA has dropped the ball again, and they just don't know whether to pass or shoot. They confuse me quite alot. And with the ODB thing, my 9 year old son called that one out last week. I can't wait for Wreslemania!!!

The upsetting thing isn't the "rip-off", it was the fact TNA needed to leech off of WWE for a promo. I want TNA to succeed because it is nice to have wrestling on several times during the week, but stuff like this comes of as second-rate. They shouldn't be trying to piss anyone off, but trying to attract more viewers to ensure the company's future. Just my opinion.

Well, I read your posts on the WWE forum about the 2.21.11 promo's and you were so convinced it was Sting that you made me LOL on so many occasions. This has obviously cut you deep, not because TNA stuck the Desmond Wolfe two finger salute at your beloved WWE, but because STING is where he belongs!
